The support, service, and onboarding has all been fantastic
Pros:
Great pricing structure, and much easier to implement for new clients than it used to be
Cons:
Licenses are to be purchased in blocks of 25

My overall experience with ArcTitan Email Archiving has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Setup was straightforward, and the support team was helpful whenever we had questions. It’s given us confidence in our email compliance and data retention processes.
Pros:
I really liked how easy ArcTitan was to set up and use. The search functionality is fast and intuitive, making it simple to find archived emails quickly. It also integrates well with Outlook and offers reliable compliance and data retention features, which gave us peace of mind. Additionally, their tech team and agents are top-notch professionals, they were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive!
Cons:
Honestly, there wasn’t anything in particular that stood out as a negative. Everything worked as expected.

It's been pretty much 'set it and forget it'. Setup was pretty easy, and wall led through the process. Searches work ok. Have not tried yet to upload older emails, but they provide an important facility.
Pros:
It provides a complete solution for email archiving.
Cons:
It can get a little complicated at times, but a necessary evil in dealing with the security requirements. Not particularly fast to work with.

It has been very helpful to find support on specific questions for follow up. We make querys using our internal refences and get a full history of emails between us and our customers.
Pros:
It's very easy to use and configure. Fast to retrieve information and easy to create customized querys.
Cons:
Once I found an email that I need a copy, I can't forward it to another email.
