> **Pros**: This platform makes business collaboration and working sharing super easy and efficient. We absolutely love Google Drive and Docs and have transformed the way we work together. The tools like Gmail and Calendar are super easy to use as people are so familiar with them.

> **Cons**: There are some weak tools in there like Chat so we have had to supplement with Slack and Zoom so there are hidden costs depending on your needs. The Admin console also needs an overhaul with better automation/onboarding workflows and also Idnetity Management could be improved to compete with Entra and Okta.

> For a small to medium business like ours reducing some of the complexity and s prawl by having a more modern easy to use platform like Google and has been revolutionary in modernising our business. The recent addition of Gemini has taken this a further step and provided really useful tools to the entire team.

> **Cons**: I don’t like the fact that there’s no official mail app for desktop. Sometimes when you email someone using a Microsoft email, thread order becomes a bit confusing.

> It integrates well into external IdP solutions; somethings require command line tools like GAM to do certain administrative tasks that aren’t possible on the UI.

> **Pros**: I use Google Workspace when working with clients who have implemented the solution as their productivity platform. The cost effectiveness of the solution is almost unrivalled, and the depth and breadth of features make the Google Workspace suite a real competitor to established office software suites. As a native MS Office user from '95 to present, I find Google Workspace to be familiar in layout, and all products are designed intuitively. Particularly useful is the attachment of Google Drive within all web applications for document storage and file sharing. I have encountered few, if any, bugs. The product feels as though it is regularly updated and refreshed, in line with Google's standard approach to customer support and service.

> **Cons**: I have two minor issues, which may well be a user training issue... The email client feels clumsy when compare to Microsoft Outlook desktop, with limited lists of email's displayed within a single view, making multi-select of thousands of message more tedious than it ought to be.&#10;&#10;Within the same tool, I find the New Email pop-up to be a frustrating and less intuitive tool to use.&#10;&#10;Other than these very minor, and preferential items, I have few if any negatives to share about the general use of Google Workspace.

> I find the use of Google Workspace to be straight-forward, and intuitive. I encounter few, if any issues when working within Spreadsheets, Documents, or when making use of extensions like YAMM. > **Pros**: Google Workspace is competitively priced for an organisation. It offers a simple user journey towards standardisation in preparation for any kind of certifications. The Admin management console is intuitive, and it is easy to control domains. The permissions can be set up for an organisation to ease the mind of many common security worries.

> **Cons**: There are a lot of bloat features that exist on the product, where I would be surprised if many people use them. For example, when setting up a new group, the default settings leave multiple security gaps that are easily overlooked when someone not so eagle eyed sets one up - stuff like letting the entire organisation view the emails/content of the group.

> Google Workspace is an amazing Google unification feature, and it has many of the security settings that an organisation could hope for. There are improvements to be made in the usability of the product that would make it a leader in its field.
