> **Pros**: Smooth booking process with addons and addon packages. Connects to channelmanager Ratetiger and both receives uploaded rates and availability as well as sending reservations down to the PMS. Easy to admin and build packages and takes only a short time to get the hang of.
> 
> **Cons**: Some aspects of the admin interface could be improved but nothing major.
> 
> Overall a very competent system. Online booking works well with any downtime extremely rare, and when they do occur, they are always resolved very quickly. Support is also very helpful and quick to answer.
