> **Pros**: Very easy and intuitive to use, and fully within your control as an administrator. Through this public sharing of knowledge in an informal way, ieally helps brings colleagues, teams, departments - and ultimately the company - together.

> **Pros**: Loved that my team could hand out recognition to other team members.  The engagement from the team sending congratulations and supportive messages was amazing to see as a company leader.  We also enjoyed that it integrated with our HR program and didn't require hours of set up and maintenance.

> **Cons**: It is pricy for a small team.  We have a team of 15-18 and the cost was high for a business of our size.  Additionally, at first we saw a lot of engagement from the whole team then engagement dwindled down to a few team members after a few months.  It was hard to keep engagement flowing with a high turnover industry as well.

> As the leader of the company I loved this tool.  It automated yet personalized recognition.  Every time someone logged in for the first time it was neat to see their excitement and engagement.  I love the concept of the app and that we could allow team members to send rewards to other team members.
