> **Pros**: What I like most is that the tool helps you be more in tune with how your client is perceiving their psychotherapeutic experience and whether what you're working on is actually helping them or not. It provides real-time feedback and in my opinion is an essential skill to implement for any psychotherapist.

> **Cons**: What I like least about the software is that even with taking the training course, there isn't good instruction on how to interpret the data. I think there can be much more helpful ways of guiding therapist through the process in real-time and providing insight/guidance to what the data shows as you move along and use the tool.

Provides historical information for therapists to use to identify quality of services delivered.  Convenient to use at every session.  Helps guide the therapist to improve service delivery on both an individual client and agency level.

> **Cons**: Some clients report challenges with navigating the on-line client portal.  For some, time needs to be spent with the client providing them with more directions than are provided in the software system.
> 
> The information provided at each session creates an opportunity for meaningful conversations about what is working and not working for the client in their pursuit of improved well-being.  The aggregate therapist data provides information to guide therapists in identifying areas for professional improvement which can lead to improved client outcomes.

> **Pros**: It is easy to use, fairly intuitive, and you can give client direct access when working through Telehealth. It also takes all the headache and guesswork out of manually scoring clients each week. I am super excited about anything that provides a positive outcome for therapy while also minimizing my paperwork.

> **Cons**: I would like it to integrate better with my other automated systems. If I could have all my tools working together and manageable from one place, that would be a dream. However, that would be a plus. It is still a good program as is.
> 
> I use this in therapy. It has taught me SO MUCH about checking in with clients about their experience. Clients also really like seeing their results over time. They can see when they are feeling better overall, even when they are having a bad week.
