At one point, they admitted there was an issue with their software causing it, but it was unlikely the code developers would look into fixing this since we were small time and it wasn't a widespread issue. Their support team eventually gave up trying to assist us after many hours of issues and different support individuals (Several who were quite combatative and unhelpful). We moved to WINDOWS DEFENDER FOR BUSINESS and couldn't be happier with the service and ease of use provided > > Again, the product worked great for us for many years and ran quite smoothly. Unfortunately, once we ran into issues, their support essentially threw their hands up and said they can't get this updated or fixed unless it's affecting more customers, and by the end, they essentially just wanted us to leave so they didn't have to deal with our issues anymore.
