> **Pros**: Kapiche is a poweful story-building tool that has helped us discover insights from thousands of customer experience (NPS) comments without any manual coding and within a matter of minutes this year. 
It's easy to use, fast, efficient and analyst's dream come true. It provides a unique visualisation known as 'Storyboard' which helps to extract insights very easily.
