> **Pros**: Conference Programmer is very user friendly and is able to be customized to our specific needs.  It has definitely helped us to improve our customer service  and to be able to spend more time with our guests rather that doing office work.  Also,  the entire staff at Seattle Technology is great to work with\!

> **Cons**: Currently we use Iris Registration thru Seattle Technology and our one frustration has to do with web registrants that we sync to Conference Programmer and then importing housing rosters that our guests send us.  Right now we end up with duplicate people in the system rather than a merging of data.  This is something that they are aware of and working on.

> Moving from Excel Spreadsheets to Conference Programmer for housing our guests has been huge.  Conference Programmer has saved us so much time.  It has been one of the best choices we have made\!
