Just OK
Comments: Just another manager in the bunch.
Pros:
Enough - barely good analytics report.Easy to start using and gettiung used to it.
Cons:
Not good conenction with Instagram.Calendars disconnected.Hassle to schedule posts.
Like another pair of hands.
Comments: I feel that I'm now at one with Loomly. Hootsuite et al are too much for me, I don't need their stress-inducing interfaces. Just a simple, powerful scheduler.
Pros:
That it's reliable and is clearly designed and maintained - and supported - by real, decent human beings who want to provide a great service. I like to be able to move posts with just a drag of a block. I love the 'per channel' customisation too.
Cons:
LinkedIn tagging - frustrating. Accept this is likely LinkedIn but I find it the only feature that isn't a great experience for me.
Okay platform
Comments: My experience with Loomly is very poor. Forget about contacting customer support because there is none. If you do get a hold of someone, it is the same canned responses or no responses. I've had my analytics disappear numerous times without any way of getting them back, except going through the original social app's insights. Keep in mind that will not work with Instagram. Those will never be recovered. Yearly plans cannot be refunded (see fine print) if they're not holding up their end of the agreement. Probably the worst overall experience with a social posting app.
Pros:
-Visual calendar to see current and upcoming posts -Multi-team use, can control who has specific access but that requires more money -Library to keep all assets in with information
Cons:
-Nothing to run ads through; FB allows to drop a pin in which you want to run ads-this app cannot do that type of heavy lifting. -Loomly ends up deleting analytics at any moment. Make sure you write them down or print before they're lost, but this is the reason you're paying for more, right? -Does not post to Instagram nor YouTube. Must manual post everything for those sites -Any third parties they use for posting, they change it every year. So you need to register with those companies to get anything posted to Instagram. -Don't rely on any help from the platform. No customer service or support to speak of. Often times you're ignored or allowed to try and figure out their platform issues. In the end, it's not convenient to use.

Dear Tara, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to read that your experience was not satisfactory. My team will reach out to learn more about what happened. Until then I'm addressing your concerns through Capterra: Loomly does support Facebook & Instagram Ads. You are correct that tagging products is not available yet. Loomly does not delete analytics data, even after you cancel your subscription. Only exception: LinkedIn no longer allows storing data that is older than a year. Native publishing to Instagram is expected to be available this year. For now, publishing to Instagram is available through Zapier. Loomly used to be integrated with another service, which unilaterally discontinued the integration with short notice. Native publishing to YouTube is already available. We offer support 7 days a week with a 30-minutes average response time. Again, I am sorry about your experience and my team will be in touch soon. Sincerely, Thibaud Clement, CEO of Loomly
Great Inexpensive Option for Social Media Posting
Comments: Great simple software for social media posting, but does have some limitations. It seems that this software is mostly geared toward Instagram, as that's what most updates/improvements seem to be for.
Pros:
It's got a very clean and simple look. One glance at the calendar will tell me what my social media scheduling looks like for the next several weeks, and I can easily see where I might need to add content. I also love that I can easily move posts around in the calendar to reschedule, which I do often. I appreciate that I can edit photos within Loomly, and I also like that is offers suggestions about what to potentially post about that day, when are good times to post, length of post, etc. I also like that when I tag someone, I can click on their name in the draft and it'll take me to their page, so I can ensure it's the right one (so many have similar names!). I definitely appreciate that I can tag individuals on LinkedIn through Loomly, and not just companies...for some reason, a majority of software I was looking at did not have this feature.
Cons:
I REALLY wish I could just have a scrolling calendar that doesn't end. It always bugs me that I can only see 1 month at a time...especially toward the end of the month. And no matter how many times I change the view to "next 4 weeks", it always defaults back to showing me a single month at a time. It's also frustrating when there are multiple companies with the same or similar names, and it's impossible to tell which is the one you want without adding it to the post, and then clicking on it to confirm. It would be nice if you could set certain companies/pages up as "favorites" for the ones you use often, so that they come up first. It's also frustrating that as of late, they don't show your tags on X. You have to know the handle of who you want to tag, and you don't get any sort of preview. Overall, I feel like they spend more time and effort improving the software for Instagram posting, and everything else sort of takes a backseat.
A Great Cost-Effective Option For A Social Media Management Platform
Pros:
We've been very pleased with our experience using Loomly -- our top priorities in a social media management platform were post scheduling across channels, the ability to accurately preview how posts will look, being able to tag other users for review, high-level analytics, and cost. We've had great experiences with Loomly's customer service and appreciate that Loomly is constantly adding new features. We especially appreciate the calendar view in Loomly and the ability to both plan and create content.
Cons:
The analytics offered by Loomly are good but it would be helpful to have more in-depth options.
Alternatives Considered: Hootsuite
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: The cost-to-features ratio in Loomly was superior to all the others.
Great for Agencies
Comments: Loomly is a fabulous tool for managing multiple content calendars with multiple teams. The client approval process is smooth, and the analytics reporting is so valuable for our clients. Their customer service is quick to respond & super helpful.
Pros:
Super easy to customize for different brands & teams. Love the workflow options, auto-publishing, analytics reporting. Customer service is exemplary. Product updates are valuable & responsive. Easy to use, quick to learn.
Cons:
Wish we could archive calendars for inactive clients so they don't appear on the dashboard.
Alternatives Considered: Sprout Social
Reasons for Choosing Loomly: outgrew that product and needed something cost-effective and dependable.
Switched From: Hootsuite

Loomly is Amazing!
Comments: Whenever we have experienced challenges, Loomly reps have been quick to respond and very helpful.
Pros:
Loomly was the first program I saw that had so many of the best features of its competitors, all in one place, and all for a great price! Better yet, they have kept adding to what they offer!
Cons:
We tried using the advertising side of Loomly, but found native platforms more robust.
Alternatives Considered: Planoly and Hootsuite
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: Better pricing, with more room to grow as we grew our business.

Unlimited organization and support to get the most out of social media
Comments: We found our way with Loomly, as it organized our social media presence, increased the reliability of the data captured from interactions, and enabled us to continuously support our potential customer lists.
Pros:
With Loomly, I always know where to start. Preparing posts, setting a publishing plan, and implementing it is done with high efficiency. Scheduling is agreed upon and assigned with ease. After publishing, Loomly continues to work and does not stop, as it monitors comments automatically, blocks what does not comply with our policy, and also answers inquiries within the comments according to the settings we prepared in advance. I love that it constantly updates the data, to reveal to us the reality of the interaction with our posts and the extent of their ability to influence.
Cons:
Loomly makes every step simple, and I would like to enhance its integration capabilities, so that we can benefit from its services on all platforms.
Loomly - Ease of use and never fails to impress
Pros:
I really like how easy it is to integrate your social accounts, as well as how you can edit graphics right through the app
Cons:
Sometimes it logs you out of your accounts which can create a failed scheduled post
Time savings, essential marketing tool
Comments: Very good
Pros:
It is simple to use as a manager but also as a user. I can monitor new users and get an overview with the entire team
Cons:
I would love more analytics ideally but understand there are restrictions due to APIs. I would also like to see new features for each platform roll out more quickly but understand the challenges of testing first.

Comments: Overall, i have had positive experiences with Loomly, particularly for its ease of use, collaboration features, content creation and optimization tools, and responsive customer support. i really appreciate the platform's intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to manage my social media accounts, and its collaboration features, which allow me to work with team members or clients in real time. i also appreciate Loomly's content creation and optimization tools, which help me create engaging social media content and optimize my posting schedule for better engagement and reach. However, there are potential drawbacks such as limited platform integrations, pricing, limited automation, limited customization, and limitations of the mobile app. i may prefer other social media management platforms that better suit their specific needs and preferences. Overall, Loomly provides me with a comprehensive set of features and tools to manage my social media accounts effectively.
Pros:

Hi there! I'm so glad to hear that you find Loomly intuitive, and that it's eased communication and increased collaboration. Thanks for your feedback, and we appreciate you giving Loomly a try!
Loomly is Great!
Comments: Loomly has been incredibly helpful and met our scheduling needs. The customer service is so fast and the platform is easy to learn and navigate. Definitely worth the cost!
Pros:
I love the calendar and scheduling features. When we were searching for a new social media scheduler the most important thing we were looking for was a robust approval process so I can create posts and my manager can review, edit, and approve them before they are scheduled for posting. Loomly has been able to provide this to the full extent that we need. My manager receives a push notification in her email or app whenever I post to Loomly, and again if she forgets to approve something before it is scheduled to post. She is able to leave comments and feedback which help me to produce better content in the future. Before this platform all of these steps were going through our internal direct message system and things would get lost, mixed up and confused. Now we are able to stay more organized and I am able to learn faster from the feedback provided. The calendar view helps me to visualized our overall social media plan, big picture, and effectively fill in blank spaces.
Cons:
I wish that they could post directly to Instagram, but that is more Instagram's fault than Loomly! I also wish that the analytics were available for all plans. Right now we have just the basic plan, which is appropriate for the number of users/accounts we manage, but I am unable to access the analytics from this plan.
Alternatives Considered: Sprout Social, Buffer, Agorapulse and Hootsuite
Reasons for Choosing Loomly: Hootsuite was unable to provide the approval process within the budget we needed to achieve. I also prefer the calendar view better in Loomly than Hootsuite. Just makes more sense to me.
Switched From: Hootsuite
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: They were able to deliver the dealbreaker features we needed with the best price.

Dear Rheagan, Thank you so much for your review, this is infinitely helpful. It means the world for our team to read that you are enjoying Loomly and that our service makes it easier to collaborate with your manager. I confirm that we are doing everything in our power to bring Instagram direct publishing to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can take advantage of our integration with Zapier to publish through third-party services. I have asked our support team to reach out to you and see if we can find a way to make Advanced Analytics accessible for you. Please let us know if you need anything. Sincerely, Thibaud, CEO of Loomly.
A Must-Have for Social Media Organization and Approval Processes!
Comments: I seriously could not get through my job every day without Loomly! It has been so popular in our company that our external ad agency has even begun suggesting it to other clients! We are able to seamlessly comment, approve, and edit each and every post before going live with it, which my boss loves. It makes our social media planning much more organized than our previous ways of Google Sheets and Google Docs. My boss was extremely impressed with our implementation of this software, which earned me some major bonus points!
Pros:
This software has seriously changed my job for the better! My supervisor wanted to implement an "approval process" for our social media calendar, which we were previously doing through Google Docs & Sheets (which you can image gets very confusing). The approval, editing, and commenting aspects were exactly what we were looking for. I personally love the calendar view since it helps me plan out each and every social media post on all platforms, and I love that you can drag-and-drop the posts to reschedule them. I also love the suggestions, tips, and preview for each post. It's super customizable and I don't know how I could do my job without this! PLUS, the mobile app makes it easy for me to work when I'm on the go!
Cons:
The only con I can think of is the automatic scheduler, which we don't use. We will use the calendar to plan our social media posts, but then will manually copy and paste them over to each social platform. When a 3rd party software like this one automatically posts to Instagram and Facebook, your posts are "downgraded" and may not be seen by your entire audience. However I don't think this is Loomly's fault, I think this is more of the social media platform's doing. I do like the idea of the scheduler for times we are on vacation and don't have time or access to post manually every day.

Outstanding platform built for Social Media experts by social media experts
Comments:
Loomly is by far the best tool for solving client approvals. Clients love the simplicity and sometimes even take to the platform in the form of creating suggested content for you. That's unreal! No other platform can deliver value like that: clients refuse to learn new systems.
Loomly constantly ads new features ... totally free. Make the most of them and become your office super start. These features are: publishing to Google My Business, storing hashtag lists, content writing tips and more any more.
Pros:
Extremely reliable platform that will help you make more money as it will handle some of your most time consuming worries like client content suggestions, client approvals, and flexible scheduling. The level of feedback us unreal and every piece of advice is delivered exactly when you need it.
Cons:
There are many extra tools included for free like reporting, link tracking and community management. Those features won't replace your dedicated tools, but they aren't intended too either.
Alternatives Considered: Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud, Tailwind TMS and Hootsuite
Reasons for Choosing Loomly: Sprout social has gotten expensive and hasn't updated their platform since their most recent acquisition. It's pains me to have to pay for multiple social profiles when they all belong to the same client.
Switched From: Sprout Social
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: Loomly were not the cheapest but as soon as I took up a trial I could see great value from the platform's simplicity. It's as easy as a replacement for your google sheet content planner with a ton of useful tools added on.

Great value, eas of use and costumer service
Comments: The experience has been very smooth so far aside from the fact that we have to always post manually to instagram. the tools that helps us collaborate internally are fantastic and the customer service too.
Pros:
i love: - the master calendar, - the fact that we can invite contributors and assign them roles - the fact that the platform helps you with ideas to create content that is relevant for that specific day or month, - the phone app works very well - link tracking
Cons:
- i can not post directly to instagram - the stats are ok, but they could be a bit more detailed and they could include more comparison tools and the labels that one can use when preparing a piece of content. - i would love if in the future we could manage tripadvisor and other review platforms - i would love if in the future we could manage facebook events as this is something that generate the most revenue for our clients. - I think that it is not possible to add extra accounts for a small price, instead you have to upgrade to a plan that might be way off my budget. - i cannot upload images larger than 10mb and videos that are too large
Alternatives Considered: Buffer and Hootsuite
Reasons for Choosing Loomly: To explore my options and test the features in this platform
Switched From: Buffer
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: price, ease of use, the master calendar

Very Helpful
Comments: Amazing! We highly recommend Loomly to anyone who needs social media marketing.
Pros:
We like how easy Loomly is to use. We highly recommend it.
Cons:
We wish the Instagram syncing was better - but that seems to be part of our IG account, not a Loomly issue.
valuable tool for streamlining our social media management.
Comments: Using Loomly, we've been able to keep our company's social media accounts free from clutter by scheduling posts on various platforms in advance. The Loomly also allows us to effectively manage our interactions with followers, monitor comments, and use advanced analytics to determine the optimal times for posting.
Pros:
With Loomly, scheduling posts on all social media platforms, and monitoring and interacting with followers are all possible on one platform. Customizing posts for each platform is also made easy with Loomly's unique features, which allow for the same content to be changed for different platforms and accounts, creating a single post for all social channels without duplicating them. Loomly also allows for manual posting in cases where automated posting is not possible. The share draft feature is useful, as all members can directly review and approve drafts. I also love the dashboards, as they are easy to set up and offer interesting insights.
Cons:
The negatives are somewhat limited; the interface needs more updating, as I find it a bit messy, and work should also be done to simplify the process of publishing longer videos on various platforms.

A great platform to help you manage your social profiles
Comments: Loomly offers quite good services for the management of social profiles. I like the fact that I can work with my team and receive real-time notifications. I also like the content suggestion. It's very useful when you're in need of inspiration. I invite you to try Loomly, you will not be disappointed
Pros:
Loomly is an excellent platform for managing social networks. It supports the majority of social networks, especially the most popular. Loomly's board is super simple and intuitive. It's easy enough to learn, even for beginners. The integration of different social profiles is also quite easy. But despite this simplicity, Loomly offers a lot of features that allow us to manage our profiles properly. The platform offers features such as publishing calendars, content suggestions, team collaboration, performance analysis, and comment monitoring. Content suggestion and team collaboration are two assets that are not found in all other competitors. The content suggestion makes it even easier for us, especially when we are in need of inspiration. In short, Loomly is a platform that I strongly recommend
Cons:
The platform is not free and can be quite expensive, depending on the different features you need

Powerful and user-friendly social media management tool
Comments: Since I'm creating content, I'm using loomly. Overall it's a very helpful software which makes all your work hassel free. Post scheduling and drafts helps me to create several posts at once and they will get posted to all my platforms at the scheduled time. The best tool for customizing posts for all platforms at one place. The pricing is also low. I totally recommend it to all creators.
Pros:
Loomly is a great social media management tool. It provides the convenience to connect almost all of my social media platforms at one place. I can publish my post to all my accounts at the same time. As a freelancer, I create content for instagram, pinterest and facebook and I use loomly to preview how exactly my posts will look at different platforms. It suggests the trending topics which light up the post ideas. It provides Tips for optimizing the posts. It reaches to the targeted audience via sponsored ads. It also shows the performance of the posts with detailed analytics at the Dashboard. I can monitor the dashboard from the mobile app. Whenever I work with a team, I can easily collaborate and connect all of them.
Cons:
There is nothing to dislike, the price is also fair looking at the services provided by this tool. While creating instagram post, It does'nt allow to mention or tag personal profiles. And it would be good if the dashboard can display the comments at posts from each platform.

Hi Ayush, thank you so much for your review! We love to hear Loomly has helped you manage your content, accounts, and collaboration as a freelancer. Unfortunately Instagram's API only allows third parties like Loomly to publish directly to business profiles, but as soon as that changes, we'll get right on it! Thank you for being a Loomly customer, and have a wonderful day!
Loomly is a must for small organizations.
Comments: Overall, Loomly has made being an unpaid social media manager something that is manageable. I have implemented a plan so our posts aren't all on top of each other, and have managed to have real social media campaigns. Since we started using Loomly, we were able to grow our Instagram and Facebook accounts. Loomly has really made things less time consuming and more collaborative. It's great.
Pros:
I "work" for an all volunteer dance company. No one gets paid to do any of the jobs required to market the company or the shows. Loomly lets me streamline my time making and implementing social media marketing campaigns. It also makes it easy for other people to help. I can choose one or 2 nights a week to sit down and get things all done. I love that I can see all the posts on a monthly calendar, whether I scheduled them, or someone else has. With several hands in the pot it keeps us from posting too many things in one day. Loomly is great for collaborating with other users. I can mention someone to get them to check my grammar and spelling, or to bounce ideas off them. We can also work together on a post, I can put a picture in and someone else can write the witty words to go with it. Loomly has helped us to grow our social media presence by making it easy to create and schedule posts. You can also see when people have interacted with your posts right in the Loomly interface, so you can like their responses. You can set up alerts to remind you if posts haven't been scheduled yet, or for when collaborators comment on your posts. There's a lot to love about Loomly. They have post ideas if you can't think of something to write. They have tips for best times of day to post, and reminders if you've done something whacky like put a weird size image in a post. The customer service is fantastic.
Cons:
There is not much I dislike about Loomly. I wish that the posting videos and multiple pictures to Instagram automatically was already implemented (it's in the works). Right now you have to have a Buffer account connected, and then Loomly sends you an alert and you have to post the video / multiple image Instagram post from your phone. But even that is easy to do. The photo is there and the caption is automatically copied to your clipboard so it's pretty simple to do.

A one-person marketing team's dream
Pros:
The cost of this platform was the motivation behind our decision to subscribe. Once we interacted with the customer service representatives to help set up our account that solidified our decision. The Loomly team was dedicated o ensuring our success on their platform and we felt that from every interaction we had with them. We truly get the VIP treatment every time we reach out with a question or concern!
Cons:
I would like to be able to post multi-photo or "carousel" posts on Instagram without manually going in to edit as well as be able to tag users under define content. I would also like to add a "link in bio" feature so I can ensure links go up with posts as well. I understand that all of these features and more are in the works so we are excited for the opportunity to grow with Loomly!
Alternatives Considered: Sprout Social, Later and Hootsuite
Reasons for Switching to Loomly: The cost and the features included!
Manage all the social media platform effectively
Pros:
Loomly is all about the very details analytics report that they can produce from all the medial social account that i am monitoring. It can be customized to show only details or filter that i needed. Scheduling time for the content to be posted on the same time for all the platform is very easy.
Cons:
There are many of the features that are available before but not available anymore. We used to be able to included Instagram to the schedule post, but it is not possible no more and Instagram is one of the biggest social media platform that we had. I wish they will include Instagram posting back soon.
Great app!
Comments: Great to be able to schedule content across all my platforms - I spend a few hours a week creating posts which schedule automatically for the whole week. After using Hootsuite for several years I've now replaced it with Loomly/Buffer - and although I'm paying more than double I think it's worth it for the ability to create better looking posts.
Pros:
Love this app - particularly how it helps you write better content. Ability to adapt the post in full for each platform & the helpful hints & tips and hashtag counts are fantastic. The biggest bonus is the app tells you the prime times and days of the week to post so you dont put content out at a bad time and can really create a bespoke plan for the week. Very little to say that is not a massive positive other than having to use Buffer as well is a bit of a pain and I dont like the calendar.
Cons:
Cost - it is more than I'd like to pay especially when I also need to pay for Buffer alongside it. I dont like the way the calendar is set up - it's not clear to see what posts are going out every day, I try to mix up the content for each platform across the week and after you've done several schedules and want to go back to check what you did it becomes tough to see what's posting where.

One of my favorite URL shortener tool
Pros:
Loomly is one of my favorite URL shortener tools. I've been using it for a while now and I love how simple and easy to use it is. The interface is beautiful, and the best part is that Loomly doesn't have any ads!
Cons:
Although I can't think of any drawbacks, calendar features might be needed to improve.

Love Loomly
Comments: Collaborating with clients on content, way better than spreadsheet content calendar notes to see the actual post and then update a live link
Pros:
I've used this program for about 4 years. I actually got my new agency to move to it, and it's been incredible. I love the fine-tuning and organic targeting options.
Cons:
No IG direct publishing and new items like Pinterest broke right when i got my clients excited about them. This was fixed, but items shouldn't be rolled out if it's not 100% i can sell to a client and rely on it 100% of the time.
