is a very complete software for construction companies, if something is missing the technical service is willing to listen and solve.
Cons:
it's not a disadvantage, it's what i use the least. it's the time cards.

Could be good, but disappointing
Comments: Extremely slow. The integrations that we paid for was not tailored to our business after doing all the homework and providing them with our processes.
Pros:
That it has the possibility to be very helpful with tracking our jobs and projects
Cons:
The system is slow and locks up when we try to access it. We have fiber optic internet and have used Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave web browsers and the system is still slow

Reasons for Choosing Contractor Foreman: Price is much cheaper that Salesforce. Salesforce nickels and dimes you for everything
Switched From: Salesforce Sales Cloud
Reasons for Switching to Contractor Foreman: Price and unlimited users was a big deal for us.

Value of cost, and the amount of functions
Cons:
Bids due to not being able to easily enter in emailed bids or prices manually, timecards i cannot see timecount in real time. bills regarding costcodes

Best customer support
Comments: Switching to a new project management software can be hard. Contractor Foreman provides a massive library of training videos along with the most responsive customer support team I've ever experienced. They have made the transition as easy as it possibly could be.
Pros:
Contractor Foreman has a decently helpful AI bot to help with any issues you have, but as soon as you need a human's help, you are instantly connected to a support agent. And I mean INSTANTLY. Of the many times I needed help, I received help from a human right away! I always had confidence useing the program knowing that if I ran into issues, it could easily be resolved quickly and efficiently. Best customer service from a program like this that I've ever experienced.
Cons:
Contractor Foreman doesn't have every feature imaginable. So if it doesn't have the specific features your company needs, then it may not be the best fit.
