> **Pros**: Re:spondelligent deckt alle unsere  Bedürfnisse ab, da sämtliche für uns relevanten Review-Seiten integriert werden können, wie z.B. das weniger bekannte aber für uns relevante Quandoo. Die automatische Textauswertung nimmt uns sehr viel Arbeit ab, resp. erlaubt uns eine viel detailliertere Auswertung der schriftlichen Reviews, ohne zusätzliche Ressourcen zu verwenden. Unserer Ansicht nach is re:spondelligent aussagekräftiger als vergleichbare Tools und man spürt den Fokus auf die Kundschaftsbedürfnisse sehr heraus.

Sehr sehr selten, dass ich etwas ergänzen muss.

> **Pros**: Respondelligent ist ein super Tool zum bearbeiten von Onlinebewertungen. Es ist einfach und übersichtlich aufgebaut, dies macht es besonders Nutzern welche nicht  "digital affinen" sind es zu nutzen.&#10;Als Manager hat man stets den vollen Überblick über alle Outlets.

> **Cons**: Wirklich gravierende Nachteile gibt es nicht. Das einzige was wünschswert wäre ist eine 2-Wege Schnittstelle zu Tripadvisor aber da liegt der Ball wahrscheinlich bei tripadvisor.
