> **Pros**: The software makes patch management on computers and phones a breeze because its all automated.  I just have to approve some optional installs and it goes ahead and installs them.

> **Cons**: The only downside is that (at present) there is no way to populate a phones contacts list directly through NinjaOne.  I have to email a VCF card to all users.  However i have requested this as a future feature release.
> 
> First Class\! From the salesperson who originally set the account up to my account manager who regularly contacts me to check all is ok.

Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts.&#10;&#10;&#10;On top of this, the account management from \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10; has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business.&#10;&#10;&#10;All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

> **Cons**: So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.

Originally we went with Atera for our primary RMM software, however we found some certain core fundamental features to be extremely painful (Script running, Remote Access, Patching, reliability etc.) hence the decision to move. In comes Ninja. Ninja nails all the fundamentals perfectly, and then you get onto the more advanced features which are all thoughtful changes with MSP's pains are the forefront of their decisions. Every member of the team I've worked with have been golden too (Special shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10; for managing our account\!).

I like how simple it is to monitor devices, deploy updates, manage tickets, and provide remote support from one platform. The interface is clean, deployment is straightforward, and the automation tools save a lot of time. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful when needed.

> **Cons**: There is not much to dislike, but some advanced features can take a little time to learn and configure properly. I would also like to see even more customization options for reporting and dashboards. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value the platform provides.

> **Pros**: NinjaOne is a great tool that I use daily in IT in order to screen monitor, deploy software updates and the latest patches to wallboards within the business, as well as giving me the ability to remote reboot the wallboards in the event they aren't working / need a restart for update purposes.

> **Cons**: The thing I like the least about NinjaOne is the limited reporting customisation within NinjaOne, and there is quite a steep learning curve to fully understand the user interface as it is quite complex. This isn't a big issue as once you learn the user interface you appreciate the benefits NinjaOne brings.

> I have loved my time using NinjaOne, NinjaOne has provided a remote solution I can use to monitor the health of our wallboards, deploy mandatory software updates to wallboards in different buildings at the push of a button, and allows me to troubleshoot issues with our wallboards remotely.&#10;&#10;NinjaOne has finally made me feel in control when it comes to monitoring and troubleshooting wallboards, it is a great product I highly recommend.
