> **Pros**: Tervene is a great all in one commmunication tool that can help anyone whether a plant manager or operator effectively communicate and follow the operation.  The built-in accountability mechanisms make follow-ups easy, meetings more effective and operations planning more accurate and effective.

> **Cons**: General lack of auto-populating features make for a lot of repetition that can be time consuming and of little value.
> 
> Tervene has given our mill a tool that captures a lot of issues and action items that in the past were either forgotten or not acted upon in a timely manner.  Audits and Gemba Walks are providing valuable information that allow mill leadership to better support operations and improve overall stability and performance.
