> **Pros**: The sugar to google calendar sync is incredibly important to our sales organization. It allows our users to create meetings then maintain them through their gCal rather than the clunky SugarCRM meetings module.

> **Cons**: In one word, reliability. We've run into many issues with the sync not working or with the plugin selectively syncing some meetings and not others. The error log shows that the RT Gsync job is working properly, but some meetings never get synced. Our users have lost trust in the system due to the reliability issues.
