> **Pros**: Epesi makes it extremely easy for no-IT skilled people to modify the features and there are several low priced modules you cab purchase to add new features

> **Cons**: Some reporting tools are not available for sales management compared to some others
> 
> Epesi has been in our use for almost 5 years now now after we used Sugar and vTiger. In my previous life I have used also Sales Force and Microsoft tools, but for me this is easiest to implement for sales people.
