Pros:

RoomSketcher is a very intuitive and efficient tool for producing clear floor plans and simple 3D visuals. It’s quick to learn, works reliably, and is particularly useful for communicating layouts to clients without unnecessary complexity. A solid, well-designed platform that does exactly what it sets out to do.

Cons:

More options of furniture & finishes would improve the versatility of this software and to be able to import DWGs directly other than that no real significant Cons.

Did the job for what I was after. Its a useful addition to my toolbox and will help tremendously with floor layout for our equipment

Pros:

Easy to install, easy to understand and easy to use. The installation was simpler than other CAD based packages I have looked at and the import function of drawings and sketches made tasks quicker and more dynamic

Cons:

The coupon system is a little cumbersome and costly. As a subscriber, there should be no additional charges for functionality.

It enabled me to show my partner the designs for our new house in three dimensions, which she understood better than the AutoCad drawings I showed her

Pros:

It is simple to use and allows drag and drop designs for interior spaces. I like the library of furniture and fittings which draw on Ikea and other top brand products.

Cons:

It can’t handle junctions between existing and new walls, if the new wall is a different thickness. You have to fudge it and you can never get them to align. I have raised it as an issue with Roomsketcher team.

Having tried a few other products. I have found Roomsketcher tote uncomplicated, the support impeccable and the fact that I can produce floor plans quickly has massively helped productivity.

Pros:

I very much like the simplicity of RoomSketchers, functionality. For the price, compared with other products I believe that RoomSketcher is excellent value for Money. The training and customer and client support, in my experience is impeccable. I am comfortable with the fact that although this is an online product, I have no issues with its security. Both the design and construction functions along with 3D modelling are especially beneficial to me in my day to day work.

Cons:

There were some minor aspects, such as being able to group to together lines and rooms which would have been helpful. Similarly I would like to be able to upload a client chosen piece of furniture or wallpaper sample etc. But on the whole I have found that Roomsketcher meets my needs.

RoomSketcher is easy to use. I jumped right in without watching any training videos and was do more than expected. My luck ran out and I needed help so I wanted the very easy to follow tutorials and was able to produce a floorplan for a client in 20 mins. In the client's words, "You did more for free in 30mins than the £100 an hour Architect's Technical Team managed to do in a week". I opted for the Pro version - this paid for itself in a day. I managed to land a client for life!

Pros:

The customer service is excellent. I raised an issue and it was given the correct care and attention. The training sessions are free, regular, exceptionally helpful and professionally presented. Depending on your subscription level, you may have access to a personalised Software Trainer. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with [sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] was simply amazing - knowledgeable, personable with a calm/understanding demeanour.

Cons:

The credits system should have been made clearer to me at the start. From my perspective, if you are paying a certain price as an SME business, then the functionality should be congruous. Often, an amended choice of materials selected for the flooring or room cladding will revert to the default choice. You can't copy furniture groupings i.e. if you have 60 sets of tables and chairs to include for a conference, you have to insert these individually.
