Best site for marketing email
Comments: It is sending needy information to the user who used to take an interest in our app or site, and this is trying to back our users to the site and app, so it is very problem-solving for the company, which needs marketing and continues to make the interest of the user in our product, that's it, and use of API is straightforward to make our products more, and this is also a part of this
Pros:
The Onesignal app is used to send small or push notifications to mobile, email, or the web; this is useful software in the company. I think, because of its marketing purpose, it is excellent. We also try this, which gives us perfect marking options like email marketing and some app marketing; with this, we send some additional information to the user for using our app or site and make more interest in our service. It is basically API based, so we start with a trial version, and I think it is perfect to create our new site or app marking with the help OneSignal. I recommend it
Cons:
I think our company is significantly related to it, but at this time we do not find any dislike from it, it is effortless to use and gives us very related information about users also
Popular tool, but limited unless you pay more
Comments:
Depending on what you want, OneSignal might be for you, either for free or pretty expensive, in my opinion. If you want it just as a tool for push notification, then it does it and it does it pretty great. No flaws there. But you do need to know how to use it and integrate it. It's not as straighforward and easy to use as some would like. And if you want more features, depending on what you want, be prepared to pay extra...
It's one of the popular solutions for premade apps, so out of necessity I use it, and I might say I even prefer it over Firebase as I didn't encounter as many problems with it as I did when using Firebase. Integrating it with pre-made apps is what made it pretty easy to use for me - but keep in mind that I'm a bit experienced with technical things and can understand them. Even if you're not, there are probably videos you can find that'll guide you through doing whatever you might want to achieve with it.
Thank this to the awesome community build around it.
Pros:
OneSignal has many features. So many that in fact it might be overwhelming for people. They not only offer push notifications, but SMS and emails as well... at an extra cost either to them, or a external provider for SMS. You are pretty unlimited with the free plan, but that's where everything stops, because if you need to use this tool beyond the very basic, then you'll need to get on the paid plan. Since it's so popular there is extensive documentations and videos that will show you how to do almost anything you want to do with it. They also have a lot of integrations with various tools.
Cons:
Extra costs for tags, which is pretty crazy since a big ecommerce store might have over 500 tags. It does sometimes feel that each feature is added as a "money grab" opportunity, like everything has a price tag. For example Basic A/B testing and Advanced - just so that if you want the advanced one, you must get into the higher plan.
Nothing seems to work and sup[port hasnt been able to help at all
Pros:
the concept is fantastic. Unfortunately with my experience they dont seem to deliver what is promised
Cons:
Its very difficult to set up to a working standard (still not achieved even with support) despite it being an easy plugin. I can not get ANY subscribed users to actually receive any notifications. I have tried ALL troubleshooting options to no avail. 1/10 As support is in another country its more or less impossible for me to get any help.

Best and feature-packed tool for push notification
Comments: Overall, I'm very satisfied with this tool. It has all the features that I need for push notifications and sending offers to my audience.
Pros:
I use it to send push notifications to my website visitors. Using OneSignal, I collect notifications from subscribers and send them notifications related to new posts, offers, and updates. The best thing about this tool is that it is very easy to set up. You can customize and set it for different platforms like chrome, safari, android, ios, edge, etc. The analytics feature is also very good which allows me to view the customer journey, notification history, etc. It also supports multiple CMS like WordPress, Shopify, Blogger, Magento, Wix, Squarespace, Joomla, etc.
Cons:
It should have a feature to remove inactive and duplicate subscribers.
OneSignal Product Review 2024
Comments: OneSignal's standout feature are journeys, which enable users to create highly personalized and automated communication flows. These journeys help optimize every step of our communication funnel by allowing us to target specific segments of our audience with tailored messages at the right time. From onboarding new users to re-engaging dormant ones, OneSignal's journeys empower us to deliver timely and relevant notifications, leading to improved user engagement and conversion rates.
Pros:
Ease of implementation and use. Their documentation is robust, well written, and very easy to understand, and on top of that they have video tutorials on YouTube. They also have amazing support! I have only needed help from them once, while trying to use push notifications to update a Live Activity in iOS. I contacted them via their online chat system and got a very quick response. They stayed engaged until I had things working on my end. Brit in particular was super helpful! I can't recommend them strongly enough.
Cons:
Absolutly nothing. There is no downside to using this service.
Great push alert system for news organizations
Comments: We use OneSignal to reliably push notifications to thousands of our newspaper readers about breaking news, weather events and emergencies. This keeps readers informed, while benefiting our organization by sending traffic to our site.
Pros:
Works well to push notifications about breaking news and other important stories to readers of our online newspaper. Works especially well for desktop users.
Cons:
It is difficult for users to figure out how to opt out of notifications if they change their minds later, which has led to some problems. Not easy to configure for iOS.
I use it for my website push notifications
Pros:
I use it to integrate push notifications on my website, I love that I can configure it for desktop notifications and also for mobile devices. It is easy to use and integrate it with my web applications. Their pricing plans are very accessible, and their free plan is great, it allows you unlimited subscribers up to 10,000 recipients per message.
Cons:
I can't find something I really don't like about OneSignal, it is the # 1 Push Notification Platform.
Great Push Notification Software
Pros:
OneSignal is great for sending push notifications - even the setup is so simple that I was able to implement and add platforms such as IOS and i have no coding skills- we have used it to implement lucrative advertising offers and flag readers of important articles and alerts
Cons:
I do not have cons right now for OneSignal - i wish there were way to be able to put link on website and have people subscribe directly but most PUSH platforms do not offer this extra feature to my knowledge
Best platform to connect with your customers.
Comments: Overall expierience is great. I'm happy with the platform.
Pros:
The price is the main thing I consider when selecting this. This offers 30k free subscribers that more than enough for a startup website.
Cons:
Its better if there is a feature to filter the subscribers by passing an array of tag values to compare. Currently we can filter subscribers by only a single tag value.
Cross Platform Push Support
Pros:
Real-time update of Subscribed and Unsubscribed users to push notifications service. The best tool to increase traffic and keep your engaged subscribers by sending push notifications.
Cons:
In a rare situation of migrating to a new domain name or App, you cannot carry the subscribers along which makes them useless.

One Stop Solution For Customer Engagement
Pros:
The most important features of one Signal that i use is push notifications and user analytics. It helps to understand notification parameters and how healthy engagement is
Cons:
The firebase api key change should be made available in dashboard itself
Alternatives Considered: Firebase
Reasons for Switching to OneSignal: Multiple features in single platform
Impactful User Engagement Application.
Comments: OneSignal helps me deliver my targeted audience the right message at the right time. Users spend longer time on my website, Which leads to more user engagement and higher conversion rates.
Pros:
OneSignal is easy to use. and offers a variety of customization and targeting features that help me target and engage the exact segment of my website's visitors.
Cons:
I find the traffic analytics and user flow reports need more enhancement, like adding more data visualization options that make them easier to read and understand.
Great Tool for push notification
Pros:
If you ever wanted to use push notifiation tool, i'll suggest to go for onesignal as it is great tool for push notification, it provides you indepth details of your customer like country, type of device and much more so that you'll create segment as per your need. Also AI notificcation features is wonderfully it will deliver the notification to the end customer whenever they will turn-on the device so that your CTR will improve.
Cons:
From starting to till now, the only one things i am worried about the data, like they don't have option to get backup your data in case if you need to migrate to other tool.
Easy implementation!
Comments: We could implement segmentation.
Pros:
API functionalities are awsome, we integrate Onesignal with our CMS.
Cons:
I expected to have a frontend in spanish.
Developer friendly service
Comments: Sending huge amount of notification at the same time.
Pros:
The most helpful thing is super easy integration. Huge sdk support, well documented API and message templates are upsides of OneSignal
Cons:
We can only delete subscription but we want to delete devices sometimes.
OneSignal is best for push Notification
Pros:
My most liked feature of OneSignal is it's segmentation. It provide very good insight about the user interaction and its behavior. Also AI delivery is my favorite as it improve the click rates of our notification.
Cons:
There is the only things that i least like about onesignal is that it does not allow to export user data into excel like with android device ID, so if i need to switch the account i may loose my all customer.
Great Service, Impressive Features
Comments: Helped in increasing daily active users, ratings & review. It boosted my rank on Play Store.
Pros:
Push Notifications, In App Notifications, User Segments, Auto Send, Scheduling Message
Cons:
Api is slow, laggy. Sometimes it takes 5-10 secs to load.
The perfect copywriter tool, but lacks the power of some competitors.
Pros:
It's super easy to use from a copywriter's perspective. You get good and accurate previews of what'll be shown, CTA's work very well too. The setup was easy and customer support has always been fast and helpful.
Cons:
Some of the configurations regarding segmentation and subscriber management aren't exactly the best or most detailed. My colleagues from IT also reported quite a few issues with API and setting up the pop-ups for acquiring subscribers to push notifications didn't always work perfectly.
Beneficial for publishers
Comments: Sending free push notifications to my users.
Pros:
Using this plugin for a while. The plugin is very useful to send push notications to our visitors about latest posts. The most beautiful thing about this is it is free.
Cons:
It send one push notification on chrome. If you will publish an another post then this push notification will overwrite the previous push notification.
Push and In App notification review
Comments: It helps me retain my customers by being able to segment them and sent them relevant promotions. I can sent messages and time them according to when the user is most active. It helps me trigger a buy from my in active users.
Pros:
Current we are using push notifications and In app messages and they both have been impactful.
Cons:
Currently I have not found a thing I dislike and I believe the reason is that I am still running on free plan.
Ideal solution for many cases
Pros:
If you have a website with information about one topic, that all visitors will find useful, then OneSignal does everything you need. Plug it in and away you go. If you’re a website with multiple topics or verticals then you’ll need a small amount of development, or install via Google Tag Manager to segment the users into groups for sending. The high limit on free accounts is fantastic.
Cons:
For websites with large amounts of traffic the rates are a little higher than competitors.
OneSignal is simple and feature-rich push notification service
Pros:
There are many features that makes OneSignal unique: 1. Target Users based on the country 2. Schedule notifications 3. Free to use 4. Supports major platforms for easy integration like WordPress.
Cons:
I never faced any issues as per my usage but I want it to have a welcome notification for new subscribers. But, overall, it is great as a Free service.
Weather Hotline
Comments: Great
Pros:
I like the ease of setting up employee on One Signal and sending out weather notifications for the emplyees that are in the field so they have alerts through bad weather.
Cons:
Have not found anything bad yet that we do not like.
Quick solutions for push notifications
Comments: You can measure the success of a web project goal or objectives through the app delivery reports. It makes it easy to see how well or how poor they are working.
Pros:
I can send personalized messages to potential clients' interests with push notifications and have them interact with the content with a call to action. It helps me craft messages that encourage visitors to my site to take action. The WordPress plugin is straightforward; very easy to install. It works like a charm. Easy implementation and execution. You get detailed report of message delivery in real time.
Cons:
I find the Wordpress plugin to be easiest to install but not without some hickups along the way. I wish they could extend support for other well-known site bulders. It's not fun for non tech savy enthusiants.
