> **Pros**: I liked that it came with my Zoho One subscription which means it is cheap however it doesn't work...

> **Cons**: Automatic charges integrated with Square failed the first month we had this set-up.  I've also run into issues where I couldn't charge new subscriptions all on the same day and they tried to tell me it was due to Square but I had zero blocks on my account and I regularly charge thousands of dollars per day.  There was another error I received when refunding someone through Zoho Billing saying it failed but when I logged into square it had been pushed through and just didn't show in the Zoho Portal.

> If you want to use it for automated billing, do not waste your time.  I spent days setting it up and then adding my customers and then getting them to enter their payment info and then creating their subscriptions and associating their payment method just for it to fail to charge and then block my customers from manually paying.  Unfortunately, I was sold on Zoho due to being all in one but I realize I made a mistake as all of their new features are half baked, buggy, and somethings just make zero sense.
