> **Cons**: Campaigns were not reliable and for a realtor who wants to build and send their own content, this was not user friendly. Transaction management was not possible either, aside from how much money the agent made

> The final piece of the puzzle that made our team want to switch was the customer support.  It was slow and often not very helpful.  For a company who's \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] preaches "taking care of current clients to get future business" we didn't feel we taken care of.
