The warning that are given when there are duplicates, payment amount differ and other issues such as bank details are invaluable as when processing 1000's of invoices this can sometimes be missed. The integration into Sage to allow payments to be made quick and easy also saves time. The accounting records that are produced help to ensure that there are few errors and these are identified easily. The security of the invoices been sent to yooz and the ability to reply to these so you know that you are messaging the correct email account for inquiries for the invoice. > > **Cons**: It is frustration that Yooz does not always learn from invoices and remembers setting that you may have only used once. It would be good if it would learn when you have made the same change several times. > > Having previously manually imputed all invoices and processed them manually this has been a revaluation.
