> **Pros**: I love how this gives you everything you need to make better decisions about your health. From getting a better nights sleep to knowing if you’ve worked your heart enough.

> **Cons**: I don’t like the charging aspect, the battery is quite bulky but it does allow for use of the product 24/7 which is a small inconvenience to pay for the enhancements to your life it can provide.
> 
> I use whoop to compete against coworkers, dial in training, or know when I should probably tuck in a little early for bed. I’ve used it since 2019 and have had nothing but a good experience on the platform. I believe I’m a better and more intelligent athlete using this
