> **Pros**: We are satisfied with Tamigo as it is offering a solution in one for our workforce management needs. Scheduling, payroll, timesheets, abesnce are the most improtant tools using in our daliy business 24/7. Our employees are up-to date with their shifts, flex, vacation balances etc just with one click through app in a very easy and friendly enviroment. I would also like to mentioned that the support team is always very helpful, providing us prompt response and solutions when pop-up any challenges.

> **Cons**: We are in process of the ADP integration. So now we are getting more familiar with the software feautures. Developement needs are taking longer time to come into completion which affecting our daily operations. 
However, other solutions are always being offered by Tamigo team which we are highly appreciated and working until each project is completed.
