The implementation process was lengthy, but we have a lot of productivity metrics that needed to be bench marked, reviewed and then loaded into the system. The Xoro implementation/support team was excellent and worked very efficiently with our internal team. As our operation has scaled, we are able to use the system to add bench marks for new processes and add or subtract users as people pass through. The cost structure was simple and up front with no hidden surprises.
