never got costs right if you do more investigation, it is not a tax compliance software from my point of view
no basic hyperlinks with the software
user hostile, you have open and close different windows to search POs and Invoices, and re enter the same ref number to get information
No data accuracy at all
Painful to implement, more painful to use.
Take forever to load in the morning. Good for some employees who don't know how to spend their time for the day. Not if you are in a busy position.
A lot of reports giving false information if you bother to do a bit of calculation yourselve.

> look at how many ppl in the world using this. guess must be less than 5000. Do you think they have enough resources to upgrade or improve it. holes everywhere. The best contribution that the developer can do to the human is to just shut it down. Save all the users the pain\! Save the human resources\!\!\! Spend their time better driving Uber or something else.
