A boon for solo entrepreneurs

Comments: As a solo entrepreneur, managing my customers, keeping them happy, investing a fortune on multiple apps/software on customer experience was a nightmare. CXONCLOUD is an all in one app pretty much like my assistant. I invest less time and money on customer experience but with a lovely result - I see a lot of happy customers and get a lot of referral from them.

Pros:

- Engaging with your customers in just clicks - Manage booking and feedback in one place - Referral Scheme - At your fingertips - saves a lot of my time and money in managing my business.

Cons:

None actually. It just fits perfectly for my business.

Collating customer data and seeking objective reviews for services. Helps build database and have a system for feedback collection and quality review

Most customers ignore the feedback emails or fail to check for prolonged periods..
