The automated processes allow us to spend time on other work. Also IMIS can integrate with many other products which is also a great time and effort saving for us. We recently moved from 2017 to EMS and some functionality is no longer available. > > IMIS provides us with secure data management. It is easy to manage users and members alike. At the front end: Described by a plethora of members as extremely user-unfriendly and has resulted in an enormous uptick of requests for assistance. Utterly baffling how a system with so many glitches and such basic design flaws has infiltrated so many major organisations.
