It’s hard to say what I love most about Thrivemap but one thing that really stands out isthe feedback we get from candidates. It’s great reading their comments especially when it saysit’s helped them understand what the job is really like and it’s clear that the assessment reallyhelps us to communicate our employer brand.
Cons:
Integration with Oracle Cloud was easy and all features are very easy to use.

I was one of the first users of ThriveMap and saw the benefits immediately. It's easy and intuitive.
Comments: Better matching of new hires to team culture.
Pros:
It does a few things really well, and offers a perspective that's different from other tools on the market. The results are interesting, appear to be accurate, and are very useful.
Cons:
It's still in its infancy and I can see lots of additions and features that could be built - I just hope they can be delivered quickly.

Great guys to work with, they have created software that is user friendly and really meets our needs
Pros:
It is visually appealing and easy to navigate. Useful tools on the site to help navigate so you don't need to be an expert/have training to be able to use it. Completing the surveys is straight forward and simple. Reporting is great, providing real insight to spark conversations.
Cons:
Could improve even more with consolidated reporting on teams, what the collective culture is starting to look like and where some general norms might be.
