> **Pros**: It was a bit overwhelming at first, but that's just because it was a new software program. After a few weeks/month I was able to successfully perform my job using the system. There is a lot of information stored, so as long as you know how to navigate the system, you can find almost all your answers within RMS.

> **Cons**: If you are looking for data that you don't regularly look for, it is difficult to find. The data can be hidden in many different areas. Also, for our purposes, when there is 1 overall change, you have to go make the adjustment multiple times  in different areas.
> 
> I believe RMS is a user riendly system. You play around with it long enough, you will get the hang of it.

> **Pros**: The interface is cleaner and more modern, compared to the previous version.

> **Cons**: Supposedly you can pin favorite functions and applications to a Favorites list. I've checked the FAQ and tutorial areas but there's nothing I can reference for this function. It times out after a period of inactivity, whereas I was able to keep it open all day without refreshing if I needed to access it later.
> 
> I use it to look up orders, existing items, and vendor information.
