The forms have been a huge advantage for our business.

Comments: Professional, legible results.

Pros:

I like the flexibility of the forms creation process and workflow. Forms give us a competitive advantage over our customers by delivering professional results at the end of a job.

Cons:

I don't like how the performance is hindered by adding multiple table rows when working from the app. I'm not satisfied with the text in the completed / printable copy. I don't like not having a cloud sync option to verify that all of the form data stays secure. If the app freezes or the form doesn't completely sync, then the data is lost. We have had several instances of lost forms or form data due to sync issues.

Pros:

Being about to import and export in Quickbooks makes job costing a lot easier

Cons:

It can be slow at times but over all worth it!

Increased Productivity and Reduced Errors

Comments: Our overall experience has been great. We have certainly had better control over our labor since incorporating WorkMax into our jobsites.

Pros:

WorkMax has allowed everyone from Sr. Management and HR to Field Managers to review labor in real time along with allowing our employees to transfer from one job to another seamlessly without additional phone calls, travel or record keeping. Our corporate payroll department has noticed this the most as it has cut down on processing time by 30%. The system can handle complex payment rules and completely removes the human error after each job is set up properly.

Cons:

The only issue we've truly had is an internal one. Our IT department wants control over clock in devices. This limits the devices ability to update which has caused problems with processing at times. Typically once the issue arises we have to get with our IT department to update the device and then the update solves the issue. This has happened roughly once a year.

WorkMax Time - saving so much time!

Pros:

Being able to access employee hours from anywhere is extremely helpful for a company that relies on traveling.

Cons:

The Time software itself isn't 100% capable of doing what we would need in regards to prevailing wage and location hourly rules.

Pros:

That I can have employees clock in and out or do a time card.

Cons:

Each device you want to log into requires a unique invite code.
