Falcon.io Review
Comments: Very good experience. It helped to get our social media scheduled and publish on time, without having trouble forgetting any important posts.
Pros:
Great program to publish and schedule your social media content - especially if you have a lot of content to publish.
Cons:
It is very similar to other programs- but somewhat more expensive.
Take the time to explore
Comments: I am very impressed, I wasn't very famliar with it when I started using it but I'm starting to see the power of it. The learning curve, like I said, is a big one but there is a lot of help and resources available to navigate you thru it. I wish I started with the tutorials, like my CRM suggested but I hoped it would be fairly plug and play so that's my bad.
Pros:
The best thing for me is their customer support. Falcon is a very robust software and it takes time to learn it. Having a person available at all times to answer your questions is a very powerful feature and one I've taken advantage of multiple times. They are always available, even if it is to help you locate a specific thing in your dashboard.
Cons:
Probably the mobile apps. Since the software is so robust, there are a bunch of different apps that you need to perform all the different tasks. I think this is useful if you have a big team but our team is small, even thou our client is big and having so many different apps makes it quite annoying when trying to manage.
High on price, low on features, awful product.
Comments: Get yourself a 2-3 month trial before you buy. DO NOT SIGN AN ANNUAL CONTRACT as you'll spend a fortune on absolutely nothing. There are many other similar softwares out there at a fraction of the price.
Pros:
Allowed scheduling for LinkedIn before any other platform did. Customer support is very good, despite the product being absolutely terrible.
Cons:
Every aspect of this software is terrible. From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs. The product we were promised and the product we wound up with were two completely different things.
Alternatives Considered: Sprout Social and Hootsuite
Reasons for Choosing Brandwatch: Was seeking a singular platform to manage multiple business profiles in a simplified way. Falcon, unfortunately, was not that.
Switched From: X Pro, Later and Meta for Business
Reasons for Switching to Brandwatch: Price, promised features, ease of use.

Great but Pricy
Comments: I loved Brandwatch as a tool. I wish we ultimately chose it
Pros:
The query writing is made super easy with their NLP assistance. Tools abs widgets are super informative. Dashboards are fully customisable. A pleasure to use.
Cons:
The only negative is the price. If the company cannot afford then whilst it is a fantastic tool for the user it’s hard to sell to those who think of the bottom line
Alternatives Considered: Radarly and Sprinklr
Reasons for Switching to Brandwatch: We ended up going wi to radarly as it was very cost efficient
Good software, but limited on IG
Comments: I use Falcon to schedule social media posts for multiple clients.
Pros:
I like that I can post to all social platforms from one location, and I can tag and track specific campaigns.
Cons:
Still doesn't have functionality to post multiple images or videos to IG and they have not updated their emojis so newer emojis show up as question mark boxes.
The Perfect Solution For Brand Management
Pros:
I like the brand management features It makes social media monitoring and management easy It comes with some analytics capabilities
Cons:
Brandwatch has handled our needs as required and no issues
Very useful tool to analyze conversation on Twitter and Reddit
Pros:
It's great how you can automatically analyze sentiment using word clouds or topics.
Cons:
Sometimes takes very long time to get the data from a query to analyze conversations
Brandwatch optimizes your time
Comments: Brandwatch has been very useful and has saved me a lot of time at work since I have been able to create content in advance and schedule its publication in order to reach more customers.
Pros:
I like it because with Brandwatch I can realize how my customers perceive my product and with this data create a marketing strategy. It is also important because it allows integration with various platforms.
Cons:
The disadvantage is that it can become slow when there is a lot of data, and it has some limitations that need to be improved.
Powerful social media monitoring
Comments: Generally positive, the tool has everything you might need to perform social media listening, however, it's slow load times make deep research a needlessly involved and time consuming process.
Pros:
The firehose access to social media data allows to understands a brand current standing as well as it's evolution through time. Powerful analysis and visualization tools make finding insights a breeze.
Cons:
The tool takes too long to load data and the initial monitor set up is cumbersome. If you are setting a forgetting a monitor, it's no problem, but the minute you need to tweak queries to reduce noise, your time goes out the window.
Brandwatch Review
Comments: Overall I'm very happy with Brandwatch. It delivers great results when working for Twitter or Reddit searches.
Pros:
Brandwatch lets you have all the results possible for the queries made.It does not give an estimation of the results, but the actual number of posts that were made on the timeframe selected. It also has a great dashboards panel.
Cons:
That it does not support TikTok and Instagram public posts. It also does not have a very good automated sentiment for mentions. We usually have to change it manually.

The essential tool to boost the success of my business in social networks
Comments: From the moment I started using the platform, I was impressed by its power and functionalities. It has given me complete visibility into my social media presence, allowing me to monitor and analyze conversations relevant to my brand efficiently.
Pros:
What really captivated me was his ability to provide a comprehensive and in-depth look at my social media presence. With its extensive set of monitoring and analytics tools, I was able to gain a deep understanding of the conversations and trends relevant to my brand.
Cons:
One of the things I disliked the least was the initial learning curve. As a new user it took me a bit of getting used to

Pros:
I love how I can constantly monitor my brand and receive real-time alerts on any unusual activity or emerging crisis. The platform uses artificial intelligence to provide insights into consumer sentiment and reactions online.
Cons:
The learning curve can be a bit steep at first. This platform has a wide range of features and capabilities, which can be overwhelming at first.

The platform offers a wide range of features and capabilities, which can take some time to learn and master.

Falcon.io is a One Stop Social Media Stop for Agencies
Comments: I shared most in the I like section. For our big client its been a godsend, with smaller clients a bit trickier. Its streamlined our content creation process and made us more consistent with posting at optimal times on different platforms than ever. Also we can get months ahead with scheduled content, like we'd always dreamed. Its freed up time for other important business things!
Pros:
I love the dashboard interface, and the ability to switch from one Client (Project) to another. I absolutely LOVE that my team & I can post for clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter. We even can map out Instagram stories as a part of the overarching social media strategy. As an agency owner, I like the approval capabilities for my content creator or clients to create posts and for us to be the final approval and last eyes to see a post before it goes live. And last but not least, I am a huge fan of the reporting, easy to generate reports for each platform that we can send or review for clients as frequently as need. Also was extremely helpful for end of year/new year meetings I had in December and January, I was more prepared and educated about our stats than ever before, with just a few clicks.
Cons:
Wishing you had Pintrest posting (we use and pay for Tailwind). More education on how to use social listening. More capabilities of the apps (to approve ideally or quick switch out or fix posts). To be able to answer chats/DMs in your app, so we can track our responses through stats.
Overall, the best choice for your social network monitoring
Comments: If you have to keep numerous channels in check, then Falcon is exactly what you need. The solution allows you to keep everything in order. It gives your team a comprehensive insight into your clients’ activities. We think it is one of the must-have programs.
Pros:
With the help of Falcon Social, it has never been a problem to control all the company’s social media channels. We believe that the ability to create applications in the program is one of the best features of the Falcon platform. Besides, what we like about the program is its measure function. With its help, we do not face any serious problems and difficulties when creating and analyzing our reports. It is an all-in-one-place solution. Falcon gives us a great number of abilities to work on the content of our company, as well as provide our best practices through various media channels. Besides, the program allows making engagement with clients easier and more natural. All the things considered, it was definitely a worthy investment for our company.
Cons:
Even though we did not have an urgent necessity to contact the Falcon support team, we believe it is a drawback not to have a phone hotline. Well, in some cases, it is a must for a customer to solve the problem occurring within the Falcon platform in the shortest time possible. In addition, it would be better for the service to have a more advanced ability for signing up for newsletters. We wish there was a feature of getting the necessary data and information into our company’s database.

Solid tool for social monitoring for both startups and enterprise-level users
Comments: We've integrated Falcon.io into our portfolio of tools we use in house, and we now use it for some of our largest national monitoring campaigns, and it handles everything we throw at it easily. It's also pretty good at handling multi-lingual campaigns as well, which was a prerequisite for any monitoring tool we chose. I'd heavily recommend Falcon to anyone in the market.
Pros:
Falcon's dashboard is insanely easy to navigate and set up your first monitoring campaign within minutes. The tool does everything from monitoring multiple channels, sentiments, hashtag monitoring, and social media scheduling (priced at a different tier). Their support is also A1, with quick response times, and genuinely helpful support staff. The feature set and price makes Falcon.io an easy choice over something like Social Studio, which has less capabilities, for a much higher price tag.
Cons:
One major thing that's missing is the ability to schedule exported reports (either in PDF or Excel format would be good). There's no way to set up an automated report to be sent to your inbox at set times/triggers. Also, sometimes the sentiment monitoring can be a bit off for different languages. We found the the French sentiments we often mislabeled as positive, when they were quite negative. Apparently the system gets better as your correctly label them.

A wonderful social media tool with solid capabilities
Pros:
I LOVE that it can actually schedule instagram posts. that might not seem like a big deal, but it is. it truly works. The ability to copy/paste posts between networks (copy a FB post over to TW for example) and schedule them as well, is great too. the ability to tag your posts with internal tagging is also very helpful their "listen" feature is also quite useful for keeping track of what your target audience is up to and interested in.
Cons:
like any social media management too, it can feel a bit bulky if you're just trying to get in and post ASAP. but the features are worth the price tag in general and there's a lot of value in their system.
Recommended!
Comments: I really like the product a lot. It is the best of the three or four different softwares that I have used over the years. Fairly easy to use, good customer support, etc.
Pros:
It is an all-in-one tool for social media management, social ad buying, social listening, and reporting. I really like some the publish module and the ease of scheduling content as well as being able to collaborate on content. I like the content pool feature as well. And, having Instagram story scheduling is really nice because not everyone offers that. It's very easy to set up and manage teams and accounts. The social listening and alerts are really helpful and you're able to set things up and automate where you need to. Reporting is super helpful to have in one place and export in an easy to digest way.
Cons:
There's some features that are limiting in the publish module but it isn't anything major.

Expensive but useful social tool
Comments: Very positive.
Pros:
Integration with LinkedIn. Powerful monitoring capabilities. Easy to use dashboards. Great onboarding. Reliable - never had a failed post.
Cons:
Expensive compared to competitors. No support for gallery posts or multiple image posts on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Helps us do our best
Pros:
Falcon has helped us streamline our content publishing, and measure our effectiveness like never before. Prior to falcon we had to work with free scheduling tools that didn't do all we needed, and content was held in spreadsheets. Now we can plan, implement and measure our social offering all on one platform!
Cons:
Whilst there are great tools to implement with a CRM system or social media to create profiles, there is not an available API for our CRM system. Measures and reports can be improved, but they are working on this all the time!
Falcon Review
Pros:
I like the ease of use when assigning messages to my team. I also like the calendar view and the ease with which can reschedule posts.
Cons:
My least favorite thing about Falcon is the reporting module, I'd love to see some revenue based KPIs in there as well.
Alternatives Considered: Sprout
Reasons for Choosing Brandwatch: Wanted a more robust product
Switched From: Agorapulse
All-in-one tool for social media
Comments: We are managing several dozen channels and over 70 users in a dozen countries - for me as an admin and coordinator Falcon provides tools to see what's happening where and allocate access and resources easily.
Pros:
- Ease of user/channel management. - One-stop solution for publishing, engagement, listening and analytics - Reliable and easy web-interface and bulk upload features - Very responsive customer support - Lots of customer success management support - training, webinars, etc.
Cons:
- I am less impressed by Measure tools than the rest of the suite, but this largely because we have extensive needs for pretty customised reporting on social channels' performance and I find it more productive to work with raw data and custom made dashboards. If you are a content manager and need to keep an eye on some key numbers - Falcon is OK.
Alternatives Considered: Sprinklr, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud, Percolate and CoSchedule Marketing Suite
Very recommended social media management tool
Pros:
Falcon Social has helped us to keep all the different social media channels in check. We are also using the BUILD tab a lot since it makes creating apps - such as Sweepstakes or Picture contests - a breeze. The MEASURE function lets you analyse and create reports for a miriad of topics such as page likes/unlikes, page views, total reach, engagement, all the way to your page fans by gender and age and much more. Falcon let's you also use UTM strings for campaigns so you can trace them easily with Google Analytics which is another huge plus for us. There are several different user rights, e.g. Moderator, Editor or Admin. This can be essential if you work with apprentices like we do. This way they can create Posts independently which are then automatically sent for approval to a user with corresponding rights. Another huge plus: If you ever have any questions which are not answered by their comprehensive support page called Knowledgebase, you can just start a chat session with the support staff. We have had quite a few chats in the past and the supporters are always helpful, fast and very friendly.
Cons:
There is no telephone hotline. However their chat function works well and you get fast responses. I wish their 'Newsletter sign up' app came with a double opt in function or even the possibility to get the collected data into our database instead of a simple .csv file. Among the many channels you can add (Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc.) there is only one missing: Pinterest.
Great and easy to use content planning tool
Pros:
Full range of features that enables you to set and previsualize
Cons:
Uncertainties around the figures shared due to non real time display
Alternatives Considered: Hootsuite
Reasons for Choosing Brandwatch: Price, and tool more robust
Switched From: Loomly
Reasons for Switching to Brandwatch: Easier user interface
Falcon.io has made my job so much easier!
Pros:
From community management to reporting, the Falcon.io platform offers organizational tools for every aspect of social media. The layout of this platform is super user friendly and easy to navigate. If myself or any member of my team ever has a question, our Falcon rep/Customer Support has been the prefect go-to resource. They offer assistance and even suggestions on how our company can make use of the platform. We love Falcon!
Cons:
It did take a little bit of time to get used to the dashboard; this may be due to the sheer volume of options that Falcon provides. This will take some time to adjust, but if you have a Falcon Rep, the training they provide is very helpful here. I wish Falcon offered scheduled publishing to Instagram and Pinterest, but I don't think any social media management platforms offer that at this time.
