Having a dashboard where each person can track their own hours is also very useful. Also, mobile app is extremely convenient, although it can have very minor glitches when opening. This allows access from anywhere and makes it easy when people are out on the field. Having a reminder that alerts you a break is about to finish is a nice touch. In the webapp having a quick access widget on the browser is also very useful. Holiday setting and online approval means you don't need additional admin tasks to have it organized and know who should be available or not. The cost is extremely sensible for functionality. Any queries we had were resolved extremely fast and taken seriously. > > **Cons**: The initial setting up of different activities and projects was slightly confusing and took a few hours to hone in to the objectives. Also, timesheet reports when used to support invoicing are sometimes hard to read and have on occasion elements that create confusion.
