> **Pros**: The interface is very straightforward and easy to understand. Creating new scans takes only a minute or two and scans are generally complete in a short amount of time.

> **Cons**: The screen where completed scans are listed can get a bit cluttered if you have a lot of scans. The folders feature is nice, but it can still be a bit chaotic when there is a lot of activity on the account.

> **Pros**: I like the "steps" we took. First looking at tags, then data quality, and then using that to help improve/revamp the data collection that we use. Also like the initial site audit.

2. The way we can  automate our Audits and Web journeys is excellent.
3. No Scripting knowledge needed.
4. Updating audits and journeys is very easy.

Frequent web journey failures in production without any change in scripts/environment

But, production issues and maintenance support is ruining everything.
