But the partner system is a total joke, no support, no email replies, nothing at all. Then you start getting into using the system. It is not designed for a heavy user at all. The ticketing system is not even close to production ready, they video and tools they offer for training have been made redundant and no longer offered but they do not tell you that until you waste an hour on support for them to say oh yeah that was phased out but we never updated the docs. Then when you run into issues, they tell you one thing but even though its in the text chat they refuse to honor what they said making you pull your hair out. IF YOU EVER consider this please run. Whenever I encountered an issue I couldn’t resolve, their support team was quick to help and provided effective solutions. The platform is perfectly laid out and includes every feature I could think of. They offer numerous workarounds to help you save money. For instance, if you're hesitant to commit to automations, they provide alternative options. If you’re not satisfied with the dialer, they suggest several other companies you can integrate with. Salesmate's platform is open and flexible, featuring all the necessary APIs and Zapier integrations. I can't praise this product enough\! The willingness to train users is also a huge plus.
