> **Pros**: The best thing about our relationship with DTS is that everything worked out really fast; from our first call to deployment.
> 
> **Cons**: The Quickbooks integrator is a waste of time when you have two-way flow; i.e. when you send and receive 850's. For example, if you create a purchase order in QuickBooks, it wouldn't integrate into web EDI. The integrator strictly works in one dimension, 850's will be sent to quickbooks and 810's will be sent from QB to Web EDI.

> Overall experience is satisfying. The consultants were on point and helped us navigate through our complex process.
