Easy To Use

Comments: Initially we used another software to create Rota. But Quinyx was introduced to us recently. At first it was a bit difficult. But most of its features are so easy and merged together. Where in the other software we used we used to go through so many loops. I believe Quinyx is still getting upgraded and improved.

Pros:

Its Easy and makes work easier and fast.

Cons:

There's nothing so far. We have just started to use it and we are still learning and Quinyx is still getting updated.

Quinyx does what it says it does.

Comments: Allowing staff to book online / with an app rather than having to call to request overtime. Using the API we have been able to pull data to create bespoke reports.

Pros:

Bulk / Multiple edit of shifts within the schedule have assisted assigning missing sections , project and cost codes. the visibility of all shifts within a period makings planning a lot easier. NEO simplifies many of the aspects and is more user friendly

Cons:

Flash is slow and not supported via mobile systems. switching between units resets the previous filters and options. This causes delays and frustration. Some functionality is lost in the new NEO which may cause issues for us, such as a more simplified with security leveling and reduced visibility of rules / agreements with a shift.

Great application for WFM

Pros:

Easy to use, easy for the staff to review their schedule and great for the administration staff to keep track of what’s going on.

Cons:

It can be quite tricky to get out the right info in reports, otherwise we are very pleased with the application.

Easy to control my rota and the labor

Comments: At first it was a bit tricky to get our work done because there were a lot of things to set up but after that initial phase everything run smoothly.
I was a day to day user when it was implemented so I experienced that period and I must say after you can really see the difference when Quinyx is in place. Now the staff never has problems with hours missing or not knowing when are they working.
the time we spent making rotas and communicating changes to our employees also decreased because we can just send them messages through the app.

Pros:

It makes it easier to keep track of the working hours of my staff and compare against the forecasts.

Cons:

Sometimes it is complicated to find a feature in the menus.

User friendly schedule system

Pros:

It was quite easy to get started once all the settings was made. All the steps is logic and easy to get a grip of. Feels like Quinyx appriciate improvement suggestions and they uses excisting custumers for feedback on future development.

Cons:

It's sometimes hard to use their support when you have special settings that no one else is using. Their respons is often general and you really need to understand your own settings to be able to evaluate their respons. We have a first line support in our company and they're the only ones that have contact with Quinyx support.

Great product - will develop in the future

Pros:

User friendly time attendance with live information that transfers directly into the payroll system.

Cons:

The time tracker functionality is overcomplicated and we have found that it doesn't work efficiently for managers.

Quinyx is easy to integrate with other applications

Comments: Quinyx API is well documented, easy to use and allows us to integrate Quinyx with our reporting and forecasting solutions. Hourly forecasts (per scheduling unit) of sales/customers/etc. as well as optimal staffing based on this forecast can be pushed into Quinyx to support the scheduling process. Scheduled hours, worked hours, staffing costs, absences, etc. can be extracted from the API for more advanced reporting in BI tool.

Pros:

Well documented and easy to use API. Modern cloud-based and mobile-first solution.

Cons:

All features are not yet available in the new modern web interface.

Great functionality and simple to use software for schedulers!

Comments: Like the software and payroll functions the most at Benugo we used to do everything on excel sheets which slowed us down on a weekly basis.

Pros:

Super simple to use, functions well and it looks great.... booking and managing shifts are easy... really like the easy way you request holidays and record time punches with the app. Can’t wait to see what Quinyx does next!

Cons:

Very slow in the APP sometimes and you can only see your shifts in 5 day increments Which is not enough. Would be good to see a monthly view in the dashboard display. Otherwise no other major complaints around ease and usability.

Making life easier

Comments: Staff are working things out themselves and spending the time to work it out together - general problem solving such as toil/holiday changes
The ground staff don't need any where near as much "mothering" as they did before, they action their swaps themselves and the management can confirm it, minimising the need for constant calls and emails

Pros:

You can filter what you need, no overwhelming information Easy to use - doesn't crash nearly as much as excel did meaning a massive loss of information all the time! Can see everything all in one, you don't need to open 300 different spreadsheets to look at one day it is all there it links the holidays/contract making it easier to track - when you do get it all uploaded toil is easier to track as has to be approved - can't just write down whatever and hope noone checks as we did have a small issue with this sometimes!!!

Cons:

Setting it up in general, is very long winded but is worth it. Can't switch off from work as it's on your own device, feedback from some is that the work/life balance is almost off as you are looking at the rota a lot but think that when a few months have passed it will be better

Comments: When you work with a smart and powerful WFM system like Quinyx, it allows you to save both time and money, so that you can focus on your core business.

Pros:

Quinyx is very easy to use, for the administrators as well as for the employees. The Quinyx app is perfect for the employees to use, it is easy to communicate via Qmail and to look at your schedule at any time.

Cons:

It could be faster. And an option to phone the support would be great.

Pros:

The ease in which you can use the software. Very easy to understand

Cons:

we use finger print clock in hardware which is very temperamental but understand there is a website which can be used to make it a lot more efficient.

Comments: I like the system and the functions. Sometimes, when you need help from the support, it takes a little bit too long time.

Pros:

The software is easy to use and learn and there are different kind of ways to do the same thing.

Cons:

It would be helpful if the system could provide with same kind of logic setting. For example rules between shifttypes and agreements.

Comments: I love it. It helps us with our day to day business.

Pros:

Before we used excel, and didn't have full control over our shifts. Now we easily have a clear view and can communicate it easily to our staff.

Cons:

That it do not have a reporting system for our staff. We would like to have an integrated sales reporting system.

Comments: User friendly.

Pros:

I love the fact that it has a very user friendly app so i don't have to start my computer up every time i need to check something.

Cons:

Not sure if this is the same for everyone using Quinyx but i can't see the location of all my shifts/classes, i can only see the hours i'm working. Seeing as i have classes at different locations/centers i would love it if that minor detail was included.

Pros:

Its very user friendly and easy to use - in particular the app!

Cons:

Due to transition phase between two platforms, functionalities are missing in the newer platform meaning that the user might need to switch between two platforms. Additionally, the dashboard could be very mch improved to help optimize the managers' daily work

Comments: Very happy with the soulution, it works well and gives the right salary

Pros:

The opportunity to optimize college planning to increase customer satisfaction and the business needs. By using forecasts the planning is getting better. Salary was also correct from the very first beginning.

Cons:

Part time sickness is a little bit to complicated.

Comments: So far it's been very easy to use and has made keeping my shifts easier to remember

Pros:

Very easy to use, can see everyone's available shift rather than ask around work, tells you the times you punched out for breaks which makes it easier to make sure you are back on time

Cons:

There is no break option so therefore when we click out for unpaid breaks we have to punch out which may be sometimes confusing
