The triggers and automations were satisfactory. > > **Cons**: Bugs - the software consistently behaved erratically. Customer support would take (a minimum) of 3 business days to reply IF they ever replied at all. TRACK used to be a good platform, but they have been completely surpassed by larger (and cheaper) competitors who are innovating and adding features. For example - TRACK just recently released an integration with Booking.com. This is 2024, and if your PMS system is making a big deal about this "new" integration, that's an indicator that they are years behind their competitors. TRACK lacks the very basic features that almost every other competitor offers. Their unified inbox is almost unusable. No mobile app. Their channel manager is riddled with bugs. If you're going to try and compete with other vacation rental managers using more modern systems, you're going to need multiple 3rd party integrations to stay with TRACK. Want to send SMS messages to your guest? You'll need a 3rd party integration. > > When we started with TRACK in 2020 - our experience was satisfactory. But for some reason, that changed in 2022. It's a revolving door of "customer success reps" and their support has become almost non-existent. If you submit a ticket - there is only a 50% chance you'll receive a reply, and an even smaller chance that you'll get a helpful response. The biggest issue I have with TRACK - is how they treat customers who explain these frustrations. TRACK (without our consent) raised our pricing. When we immediately told them we did not want to continue because of the price increase - their response was "Sorry, we actually just auto-renewed your contract and you're required to pay us for another 12 months before you can leave." Most reputable companies would realize the absurdity of this bait and switch and allow some kind of exit with an unhappy customer. But not TRACK. They will threaten legal action and force you to pay them for an additional year. But if you think about it, it makes sense. They lie to you and scam you for your money constantly > > They conned the owner of the company into it. Trying for over a year to get her to switch. When she did the entire website was messed up and they told us it would be the same, straight up lied about many things and take 4 days to complete tickets.
