> **Cons**: The email tool is a little basic regarding design templates - although the scheduling functionality is good. The reporting module could be improved. The standard reports didn't quite fit what we required and it was difficult to find the relevant fields when creating custom reports.

> Overall I was happy with the experience of using Zoho CRM. Setting up workflows, creating custom fields and managing contacts was straightforward.
