> **Pros**: The conversion process went well--knowledgeable team of professionals with great suggestions.  Quick response time with support once we were "live".  Still continuing to learn the software--many features we haven't tapped into in the past year.  Hope to do so soon.

> **Pros**: Orion is great because it does a phenomenal job of capturing loads of data and then giving us the tools to run reports and queries to get the data that we are looking for. It allows us to get the information that helps us in our decision making process.

> **Cons**: There is a lot of different applications within the software and each one has its own features and a lot of capabilityt to it. It's not so much a con, but it just takes an immense amount of dedicated time to understand how the different applications work. This is a must before it can be used efficiently and effectively, so does require a significant time requirement.
