Pros:

Cons:

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.

Blaze with Braze

Pros:

Campaign and template is the most important feature. It allow anyone with basic skill to create and maintain campaign. The data integration is another feature which allow seamless migration of data to Braze

Cons:

The current email template management requires more improvement when it comes to switching between html and drag and drop mode. Since we work on this on a daily basis, this is the least like but at the same time most beneficial one as described previously.

Horrible Custom SAML SSO integration for Google Workspace companies

Comments: I'm sure its main customer engagement function is fine. But if you are planning to use Braze with Google Workspace and want to set up a secure login with Custom SAML SSO then look for another app.

Pros:

Haven't used the customer engagement part I'm just the System administrator, but I'm sure its fine.

Cons:

If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues. But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.

Braze makes mass mailing very easy

Comments: We brought Braze for the purpose of sending email communications, push notifications and in-app messaging. In order to communicate with its members in a more effective and particular way, we can incorporated new ways to communicate with its members. We are now able to increase our overall engagement and can also expand our speeches in order to refine them. We also use the website to conduct questionnaires to learn more about our members. As a result, Braze is very intuitive: the navigation is easy and makes sense. The surface is very firm, so it is simple to execute strategies effectively and in a thoughtful way.

Pros:

The customer service is truly admirable. They are responsive and respond to everything that is thrown at them in a timely and accessible manner. You have missed what you have not been able to fix, either in the form of experimenting on the platform or through your study tools. The customer service staff is wonderful. I can only praise the totality of the people we have dealt with since we started using Braze. They ask good questions and help guide us in the use of the product as we talk to them. They also answer any number of questions when we launch a new/complex campaign.

Cons:

There were certain tricky parts during the application, however, the Braze group was of great assistance in supporting us.

Comments: My user experience has been great. Braze has elevated our customers engagement and increases our productivity.

Pros:

Braze is a powerful and reliable tool in orchestrating marketing and services messages across different channels like in-app message, push notifications, SMS, email and web messages. I love it's easy to create a campaign with an audience to inform our customers about our products and services. I also love this tool is constantly updated and adding new features which are great for our business processes and marketing.

Cons:

Our customers are very happy and satisfied with our business services and products all our thanks to Braze.

Notification options and the marketing ability on this software is very productive and i also like the project management functions and the web forms capability. Comments: It was a very good experience using Braze application, it changed my life and it makes it easier.

Pros:

I like about this application is that it is very timely and relevant to my work, since I am working from home as a trainer I usually use this so that I can have real time communication with my trainees or clients.

Cons:

None so far for me, I like every parts of its feature because it is very user friendly also you can open it on your phone

Useful for Newsletters

Pros:

I think the newsletter template layout is very clear and user-friendly. It has lots of features but you don't feel overwhelmed by them every time you log on. Allows me to write newsletters quickly and efficiently without worrying about loads of set-up and formatting.

Cons:

It needs some form of automatic saving or in-template saving. You have to click out of the editor and then save separately to actually ensure your work isn't lost - really frustrating if you accidentally close the window for whatever reason! Would also love the option to "view in browser"

The best application for customer engagement and retention.
