> **Pros**: WISKI has allowed us to secure, quality assure and share our varied, priceless environmental data across our organisation and with our partner organisations.Kisters have worked closely with us to develop new features over the last 20+ years (WISKI 6 and 7).

> **Cons**: WISKI is infinitely customisable and powerful, this does of course bring challenges with user friendliness and complex under pinning. There is a lot to learn and never enough time.

> like any large computer program, WISKI hasn't been perfect but Kisters have always worked hard to resolve any issues and the support team have built an excellent working relationship with us.
