You can connect to their calendar but it would be helpful to send text/ email reminders to the staff member assigned to the appointment. When adding a customer it would be helpful to have a box to add them to a group - at the moment you have to add them as a customer and then go to groups and add them. It would also be helpful that when a customer is added to a group - any appointments already booked they are automatically added to as you currently have to do that manually. > > It has been really helpful.
