Comments: I really enjoy the software and would recommend it for other churchs!
Pros:
The fact that it is clean and easy to use. The integration with QuickBooks was a massive plus.
Cons:
Some of the integration issues need to be resolved. It does record exactly how I would. But it works. A kiosk version with tap and swipes would be awesome.

Comments: I enjoy using Tithe.ly. I switched from another platform that had lots of bells and whistles with no customization, high expense and horrible customer service. Tithe.ly has proven to be a great alternative from customization to excellent customer service.
Pros:
Tithe.ly is an easy to set up and use system for ministries and churches of all sizes. They offer a la carte selections which allow you to customize your investment.
Cons:
Sometimes giving from phone doesn't work properly for our partners, but it's rare.

Not worth the savings
Pros:
Their online giving is simple and provided our members an easy way to give online.
Cons:
The software was frequently not working the way it should. Once they updated to Tithe.ly 2.0, I was unable to print or export PDFs of our monthly giving statements. This forced me to take screenshots of the webpage and then crop the image down, which is very annoying. On top of this, there were several other bugs that we had to work through. Tithe.ly is a very ambitious company that has taken on many new functions and acquired several other smaller companies. The result is what seems like a lot of usability and functionality but is actually dysfunctional, dated, and mismatched UX and UI.

Alternatives Considered:
Excellent Tool for the online generation.
Comments: Tithe.ly is easy to use and promote to possible users. There is no cost except for a small percentage of each gift given, and the giver can choose to pay the percentage also if they wish.
Pros:
The app is easy to use and is available for a very reasonable cost! I'd recommend it to any church who wants to reach a generation who is used to paying and giving electroncically.
Cons:
I preferred 1.0 over newer version. It was easier to navigate and get the information I wanted and print out for our financial secretary.

We switched to Tithely and we are happy we did!
Comments: When we decided to make the change from SubSplash to Tithe.ly we initially had some reservations but we were very pleased once we got over the learning curve.
Pros:
Tithely meets all of our needs and the staff is extremely professional and patient!
Cons:
The learning curve was a bit longer than anticipated but with the incredible support, I really don't consider it a con.
