"Excellent Travel Technology Platform"

Comments: What do I like? Complete automation. Any travel agent and startup travel company can have a branded booking engine in 20 days. You neither have to sign a separate contract for XMLs nor pay up the bank guarantee. Integrations with third party CRMs is a wonderful update in the latest build. My partners were amazed to see the booking site on company's domain. What I dislike? With a product like this, travelomatix should also add a module for lead CRM. This will help to sell customers, who don't complete the order at first go.

Pros: Overall automation process in a very seamless way.

Cons: It should have an additional tool for lead management.,

"Travelomatix is a robust travel booking engine."

Comments: I admire travelomatix team for the support and expertise, they offered to us. In an African country, finding right technology is difficult. When we thought to start doing something online in the travel industry, I googled and selected 4 companies working on niche tech. I contacted travelomatix, saw the demo and zeroed on the system. Apart from direct fares from airlines, it had everything. My system was up within 3 weeks. Over last few months, I have doubled my sales as my booking engine is widely recognized in my country. I am now talking to airlines to bring their special rates to my system. What I admire more is their knowledge of business cycle in travel domain. "Find Another Vendor...Real Review"

Pros: At the beginning the software looked like exactly what we needed. However, over time (and more importantly money) we discovered that the software did not really perform in the way that one would expect given the amount of money spent and what is currently the state of the art in the online line travel agent (OTA) world.

Cons: The software was functional (not great but functional) but the data pull is a huge problem. When we originally contracted with Travelomatix we were deciding between the white-label version of their product or using the Travelomatix API solution, which is MUCH more expensive. We were told that Travelomatix makes available many API's from vendors that we had no way of getting because we were new and had no internet traffic. The Travelomatix API solution sounded perfect for us. Wrong! There is one HUGE problem with this API solution... Travelomatix uses the information from other API's to create their own proprietary API which they give you access to. They DO NOT give you direct access to a vendors API. Their data pull from their API is not close to the same as direct access to the original API. Their data pull is sloppy. Their API could not differentiate the between Rome, Italy and Rome Georgia or Naples Florida and Naples, Italy. If you looked up an airport such as "Los Angeles" the search results gave you every airport in the county including private airports...useless as LAX was at the bottom of a long list. The hotel search function was so bad that we white-labeled Booking.com for the hotels tab. Travelomatix could not figure out how to "Americanize" the date function. When I brought all of this to their attention they became very defensive and told me they had lived up to the contract. It was a $21,000 lesson. My advice to you is to look elsewhere.

"Great product with a good service from the company."

Comments: The product is deployed very quickly and the service of the team is really amazing. Definitely worth maintaining a long term relationship.

Pros: 1.No GDS and IATA
2. Very quickly deployed

Cons: 1. Need up gradation more often.

"Great Product to work with"

Comments: Wanted to start my OTA and was looking forward for ready product to use. Saw Travelomatix reviews on capterra 3months back and contacted them. They deployed the application on my domain in less than a week with payment gateway of my choice. Their inventory is good and support is great. I am satisfied with them and recommend them to travel agents.

Pros: Quick Deployment, Great features

Cons: Car inventory is missing in it
