It can help businesses save money on Azure costs by optimizing their Azure usage and identifying areas where they can reduce spending. And also, Nerdio has some great security features. It helped us to protect our Azure environments and sensitive data. Not only that, Nerdio offer customizable options that allow us to tailor the solution to our specific needs.

Some times, some users may find Nerdio to be complex and overwhelming especially if they are not familiar with Azure management.

It's amazing how quickly you can spin up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment with their tool. Then the subsequent automation it provides can result in huge infrastructure cost savings. Their sales and support team are awesome people to work with.
Cons:
Would like to see more high-level/cross-tenant visibility. But I think that is coming any day now....

A great complete IT package

What I liked most is the customer service. They were invaluable in answering any questions I had or troubleshoot issues.
Cons:
There really isn't much that I like least. There was a couple times that response time was a little longer than expected, but it wasn't anything really unreasonable at all. I'm just Impatient.

Nerdio est un meilleur logiciel de gestion des accords de niveau service, très parfait en gestion des billets avec une très bonne fonctionnalité.
Cons:
Je n'ai pas eu de difficulté depuis mon utilisation mais je vous en pris de vouloir augmenter la fonctionnalité de la version gratuite.
