When the units are working the system is great

Location of equipment at all times. (When it works)
Diagnostic features on our trucks. We can know what's wrong even if a driver doesn't tell us
Pros:
The layout of the page and diagnostic function. Ease of installation. Customer service is good along with check in calls
Cons:
The units fail causing failure to track. We have antennae issues and gps units that will fail. When the units fails we have nothing. It's completely down.
