First the time clock button is right next to the logout button, so I was flooded with phone calls to log back into the time clock. Next customer service... actually I should say.....What customer service??? The only way you can speak with someone at Homebase is by calling the sales phone number, they want you to use their AI to service all of your needs and this is not always feasible. Finally, I cancelled my service and they still charged my account, again tried to get this fixed but AI did not understand and I did not receive a call back, I had to call the sales phone number to actually find someone who was capable of fixing my problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SOFTWARE, there are lots of other companies that value customer service and are a great value for your money.... > > Terrible experience, no customer service, when you have a problem they are not interested... they only answer the new sales phone number.
