Even though I've been using GP for a year I still get lost within the software. There are so many different pathways to get to one simple thing. It gets very confusing and frustrating. I have not tracked the number of times, but in the last 1.5 years, it is easily dozens of times (but less than 100). I wish on the mobile app you could easily sort "todays" people by name or event, and that it wasnt just simply by time of day / first name. I feel like there is a lot of clicking to do, so I have just bookmarked many pages so I can easily go there without having to constantly click around. This is especially helpful because I do not have a fast internet / computer hardware, which can make basic internet use a drag. > > I do not know any other volunteer management platform, this is the only one I have used.
