You can go through the process of the intention and choose whoever aligns with the purpose of a mentor. I liked the email reminder to give my mentor feedback and vice-versa, to have a safe environment to encourage each other in this growth process. > > **Cons**: I don't think I have ever used the chat box area, not a bad thing since I did not have a reason to use it. I have requested to mentors before but it doesn't seem like they're active on the platform enough to accept my request since most of them didn't go through because of the overdue period. > > Streamline and easy to navigate.
