> **Pros**: We've been using Firestorm since we started our company in 2014. The initial functionality and set-up was easy, and as we grew, we implemented more and more features. The software team is great and was always quick to respond with a solution when we had questions or wanted to implement new programs. If we had a suggestion on how to streamline a process, they listened.

> **Cons**: Learning to use any new software platform is difficult. But really, the support team is great and very patient\!

> **Pros**: The most appealing piece of the Firestorm technology is the ability to independently manage our entire Shopify platform and use all the benefits offered by Shopify while having a robust portal for commission reporting. The development and deployment of the software was extremely easy and the communication with the customer service at Firestorm is amazing.

> **Cons**: The only downside is the back office portal is really designed for admin use on a windows and we use mac. It is not really that big of a deal but to some people it might be important to know that they need to use a remote desktop.

> **Pros**: This is beyond software, it is the people behind the software that make the difference.  We got to know the entire team and never did we feel like a custom request was crazy, impossible or extremely expensive.  They can do anything for a company that sells products with a comp plan.

> **Cons**: There are no cons to list.  They can make it happen, whatever need you have for MLM - Direct Selling - Network Marketing or Affiliate software.
> 
> Beyond amazing.  The onboarding is great.  So much needs to go into onboarding but they walk you step by step and make everything simple.
