Straightforward, reliable digital document signing at an unbeatable price

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: We've been using Digisigner for all of our document signing needs, from NDAs to contracts. After plenty of real-world use, Digisigner has proven to be a reliable, excellent choice for us.

Pros:

Digisigner has a very shallow learning curve but is surprisingly versatile. Digisigner seems suitable for virtually all cases where one would want to make documents digitally signable or fillable--Digisigner isn't purely for signing, you can create all kinds of fields in a document that can be filled by the recipient. In many ways Digisigner is a much better alternative to Adobe Acrobat.

Cons:

As we have had zero issues with Digisigner, and the pricing is excellent, I find myself unable to think of any negative aspects to highlight.

Ups My Productivity

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: I prefer this signing service over the last 5 I have tried. It is so east to use.

Pros:

It was very user friendly, I have used many electronic signature services, this by far has the least fuss and easy to navigate, very efficient. I can finish signing documents in under a minute.

Cons:

I would have to used it again but nothing stuck out to me.

Back to Paper Signatures, I Guess, Since the "Free Version" is a Lie!

2.0 5 months ago

Comments: I understand that pro versions need to exist, but I don't appreciate a service that conceals a paywall behind a deception about some "free version" that isn't real. Just state things plainly, and there wouldn't be a problem! I'm not disappointed that DigiSigner couldn't meet my needs; I'm disappointed that DigiSigner lied about it.

Pros:

I loved the ability to send my sign-in sheet to everyone at once and collect their signatures all in the same document. That would have been so convenient if the mythical "free version" actually worked the way I was told it would.

Cons:

Frankly, I was lied to. DigiSigner indicated that the free version (VERSION, not trial!) allows for three document send-outs per month, which is why I was very excited to use it for our monthly safety committee meetings. A "your free trial has expired" email came in today and caught me by surprise. Nowhere was it indicated that these features I was using were "Pro" only. I wasted my time getting everything set up for our safety committee meetings, only to find out a week before our first one that I was lied to. If DigiSigner had just been honest like all the other e-signature companies I looked up, and indicated plainly that there IS no free version, I wouldn't have wasted my time on getting everything set up for my safety committee meetings.

DigiSigner Response

Hi Mary, thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, I think there is some misunderstanding. DigiSigner indeed provides a free version that allows you to upload and send up to three documents per month for signing. It is true that it doesn’t include templates, signing links, branding, and team options. Nevertheless, if your volumes are below three documents monthly, you can use our service for free, as many thousands of people do.

Easy and simple to navigate

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Overall I am happy. I have been able to successfully send out documents that needed to be signed and I have received the signed pdf's back with no hassles.
I found it easy and simple to navigate. I was quickly able to find the template function and immediately start sending out documents.

Pros:

What I liked most is that I could use the Template option with the "Send for Signing" option as I needed to send out a whole list of documents for signing.

Cons:

I can't honestly say there was a con because I have been using it successfully for the last 3 days without any hassles.
