Reviews of DigiSigner

Great Review
Comments: It was awesome loved the whole experience.
Pros:
Great product, loved the fact that I can send to couple of people at once
Cons:
Nothing tbh everything is great even the plans
Alternatives Considered:
Best Signing Software. Dont look any further, just sign up .
Comments: I have had a great experience with Digisigner. Best signing software I have found and used. I have used PandaDoc, DocUsign, and apple docs signing and this is very simple for the most part aside from the check boxes and BCC that I mentioned earlier.
Pros:
How easy it was to set up . I was initially looking to have a way to have our clients automatically sign agreements. I came across them on Google in an article and decided to give them a shot. At first I didn't think it had that option but after I reached out to support I was told it was available after I upgraded. I would of signed up immediately if I knew it was there. It has worked flawlessly ever since!
Cons:
I don't like the "Check box" part of the signer. It is very confusing. I also wish I could BCC a team member as the one we would BCC would not be client facing

Review of this platform
Pros:
One of the main advantages of using this platform is the convenience it offers for getting documents signed. It is user-friendly, even for clients who are not tech-savvy, making the signing process smooth and efficient.
Cons:
However, a drawback is that it is not cost-efficient for the provider using the platform.
DigiSigner is simple, and highly effective
Comments: I came from another platform that I used for around 4 hours to setup my contracts. Had to convert my .rtf's to docx and everything (I'm on a mac), then spent hours importing them. After figuring out their confusing system, and how to make the contracts I ended up getting the surprise news that I used up all my free trial contracts just trying to learn how it worked, and they wouldn't reset it... So I waited all the time with them. I found DigiSigner, and it was super easy! Imported my contracts, and get it all setup. It just works. I don't usually pay for services, but I subscribed to this one. Great job guys.
Pros:
It's simple, effective, and it just works. Other form platforms are overly complicated. This one works very well, and is what I need. Also they free trials are flexible and fair so I was able to try the site before upgrading to Pro.
Cons:
Takes a while to add the fields to the page (expected), but what's most annoying is trying to get my signature to fit on a line since it can't be stretched out of proportion. I had trouble with changing my payment method, but it eventually worked, and that seems to be the on their payment providers end.

Comments:
I am quite happy with DigiSigner.
It got me out of the very annoying ... email the form, they print it, sign it, scan it and then email to the next person ... and the process s-l-o-w-l-y drags on.
Great to see who hasn't signed and resend document to them.
I like the auto reminder default of 3/7 days, but also that is can be adjusted.
Being able to change the base document is a real asset.
I will need to do more with it, to test out more of its features.
Pros:
> Template creation & usage > Ability to view and modify before 'sending for signing' > Able to attach documents > Able to change the base document - Fantastic !! > Able to select all elements in a row to move together and then base align them. > At this point, we may only use it once or twice a year, so a monthly subscription is great.
Cons:
> Be nice to see a view of what was sent with all the fields showing > Templates - no auto backup. Have to manually backup. > Some emails arrived with no 'signing' options - totally blank ! > On the re-sending confirmation window, it doesn't show if any attached documents are still attached. They are attached, but it just doesn't show it. > When you 'Duplicate' a row, it would be nice if the copy lined up vertically with the previous, rather than offset. > Where can you edit the cached names, especially when one is wrong?
